STEP ONE) open up Superimpose with a black background. Before hand make sure your face claim is already in black and white. Use a mixture of the bi-liner and the soft brush to smooth out the edges and blend everything in. This take some time so just be patient. Merge when done.

STEP TWO) add whatever flowers you like but they have to be small

STEP TWO) add whatever flowers you like but they have to be small. Place a flower at the edge of the cover and use the soft brush to lightly brush over it once to make it look blended. Merge when done. Do this a couple of times. Make sure you have quite a few on your cover. Spread them around and try not to make them look crowd.

STEP FOUR) I used the fonts Will & Grace and Goldoni. Arrange them the way you like and then your done!
