STEP ONE) open any background that is black and white. Mountains, buildings, fields, etc would work great. Add your png but a close up png. Use the bi-liner to blend in the upper body with the background. Merge when done.

STEP TWO) from there add any textures you want. Save when done.

STEP THREE) open Polarr and filter your cover. I used the filter hellbound by @greekgodness or something like that.

STEP FOUR) open Phonto to add your title and stuff. Then your done.

(Sorry this wasn't such a complex cover. I don't have that much time rn and this is the best I could come up with. Enjoy!)
