Yoooo it's Sam back at it again with a easy tutorial. This tutorial my friends will be on the good loyal PicsArt.
STEP ONE) Open up Picsart and place your background. Before hand make sure both your background and picture you will be using are the same color scheme. Mine is grey so a grey background will do. Now pick on add image and add your photo.

STEP TWO) click on the shape crop icon.

STEP THREE) you should be taken to a section full of different shape templates. Pick the circle one. Then it will ask for the border, place it on 10.

STEP FOUR) now place your image where every you would like. I place mine in the middle. Save when done.

STEP FIVE) now open Phonto and the filter I use was fade. I believe my fonts were CODE-bold and CODE-bold light. Then your done.

(Super easy and super quick. You can always add whatever textures you like but remember to keep it simple.)
