STEP ONE) add the picture of your faceclaim and add a white background on their hair. Place it under screen and erase anything that goes outside of the hair. Turn down the opacity and merge when done.

STEP TWO) add a plain image of the color that regularly shows up. Put it on the side and mess with the settings. I think I used luminosity effect. Merge when done.

STEP THREE) now add two colors that go together in your image. Cut them into circles using ellipse brush. Put them on screen and place them behind the faceclaim. Erase any unneeded parts and then turn it back into normal. Merge.

STEP FOUR) add a plain image of whatever color that pops up in your image. Use the rectangle brush to get this little effect with image. Merge.

STEP FIVE) now add about four images that go well with your faceclaim, I think it's almost like a color mood in a way. Save when done.

STEP SIX) go to Picsarts and go to the drawing tab. Make random scribbles following the pattern of your face claim. Save when done.

STEP SEVEN) the font honestly doesn't matter in my opinion. I used a really simple and basic font just so it won't distract the eyes from the actually cover it's self.
STEP EIGHT) use a filter that is vibrant and pretty. It will really tie this whole cover together.
Then your done !
