STEP ONE) open up PicsArts with a black background. I got mine off of superimpose and kept all the unneeded parts because on PicsArt I can't see what I'm doing with a black background, because PicsArt background is black. You get? Before hand make sure you get a picture that is dark and is in black and white. Add your image and adjust it to your liking before applying it. To make it match with the background more, go under the effects tab and choose this filter of black and white.
STEP TWO) add the blank color that you want. It's gonna give you some options. You can pick Multiply or hard light. It's up to you. I choose multiply.
STEP THREE) go to the drawing tab and use blank ink to eliminate all the unneeded areas, like that big red dot on mine. From there make sure the brush is the size of five and is white. Your gonna trace around your image. This is simple and easy to do, it's nothing fancy. Once you done, click apply and save.STEP FOUR) open Phonto and add your title and things. You can choose whatever simple font and then use the font true blood. Just follow what I did I guess. For my quote I used CODE-BOLD and use the curve thing. Then your done.
( I literally did this less than five minutes since my friend was saying she got some gossip and I'm a sucker for the tea. This is a very simple tutorial that doesn't look that crowded. Enjoy! )-Sam
