This cover is super easy. You can do it on PicsArt or Superimpose, whatever you prefer honestly.
STEP ONE) Open up what ever your using (PicsArt or Superimpose) and choose your background as a blank black background. If you choose a white, bright, or any other color that is not black, this cover would look eh. Remember we're going for a type of moody look. As for your png make sure it's a close up picture of your face claim.

STEP TWO) add this ink splatter onto your cover and position it to the left or right corner. Try to place the splatter as if ink is getting onto your faceclaim face. Save when you have done this.

STEP THREE) open up Phonto and place your cover in the filter called Noir. The two fonts I used are called Goldoni and this one that I'm too dumb to read

( this cover literally had three steps to it, easy right! I hope these tutorials are helping some of you. I'm trying my best to come up with somewhat new and interesting cover ideas)
