STEP ONE) pick a theme that goes good with your face claim. Mine had black and red in it so I picked something grungy and red. Open Superimpose and open your background and your foreground. Click on the magic brush and tap once on your screen. You will notice bits of your picture will vanish which is what we want. Go to the transform tab and place it on overlay. Adjust it in different way and once you satisfied, merge.

STEP TWO) now add the picture of your face claim on it. Brush away whatever you need. Depending on your png, you can either place it a little bit to the right or just leave it right in the middle. Make sure to leave space for your lines. Use the bi-liner to blend some things.

STEP THREE) now add your little square. Stretch and enlarge it to fit your png. Now erase the right side but keep the left side of the square. Merge. then add whatever textures you want and save afterwards.

STEP FOUR) use Polarr to filter your cover

STEP FIVE) now open Phonto to add your title. I used the fonts LaserMetal and COUTURE-BOLDITALIC. I tilted the blood at 5.

STEP SIX) now open PicsArt and go to the draw tab

STEP SIX) now open PicsArt and go to the draw tab. Place the brush at the size of 15 and white ink. Draw on line of the right side of your png. Outline their body. Then draw a straight line under your title. Then your done!

I have been searching for this one font for months now and the app had it along. Woooow Sam, what a smart cookie you are. )
