STEP ONE) for my background all I did was chose two colors that went with whatever my png was wearing. You put on of the colors as your background background and then you will crop the next color into a square and use the drop shadow tab. You can use my background as reference. From there save.

STEP TWO) go to Phonto to add your title and name. I used the font COUTURE-BOLDITALIC . I didn't put no color in the text and just kept it with the stroke affect and then turned the shadow all the way up. Save when done.

STEP THREE) go back to superimpose and add your png. From there put the brush to the size of 60 and erase the bottoms but do it in waves like I did.

From there go to the drop shadow tab and turn up opacity and blur and change the color to white or whatever color that goes with it. Save when done.

STEP FOUR) go to Picsarts and start drawing lines and tracing your png with three of the main colors. Save when done.

STEP FIVE) go to polarr or any filter editing app of your choice and pick a filter. I would suggest using something that is very in your face.

Then your done !

( if anyone is barley getting into kpop or is interested in getting in it, I highly suggest checking out NCT. NCT is split into three groups Nct u, Nct 127, and Nct dream. Their all really good and honestly each group is very unique and good. I got into them like two and a half months ago and honestly probably one of the best decisions of my life. 10/10 would recommend. )
