STEP ONE) go to PicsArt and pick the four picture collage to add your images. Make sure they all are pretty similar to each other. Don't even bother with getting rid of the border. For now keep the border. Save when done.

STEP TWO) open up Superimpose or PicsArt with a white background. Add the collage you just made to it and place it towards the corner and make it kinda small. From there add this laptop over lay to it.

STEP THREE) with that laptop, place it sorta of lower than the collage. Add the picture of your faceclaim that you are going to use. MAKE SURE ITS THE SAME PICTURE WHEN YOU BRUSH AWAY EVERYTHING AND TURN IT INTO A PNG. Crop and erase any of the unneeded parts. Turn the small image black and white.

STEP FOUR) add that same picture but turn it into a "png" brush away anything you don't want. Place it in front of everything. Blend the bottom of it. Save the whole cover when done.

STEP FIVE) filter your cover with a cool filter 😎😎😎

STEP SIX) go to Phonto to add your title. The font I used for the title is Arial. Copy this title set up. Honestly make the title placement as weird as you can. Go wild. Then your done !

( this is just a fun and completely random cover with really no idea behind it. I just got inspired by the neon pictures above and try something out. It may not be for everyone but I quite like it. )
