STEP ONE) first things first I'm the realist.....okay go ahead shoot me.
Open up a white background with the size that Wattpad requires for their covers. Add your first image, place it where you would like it to be and then use the drop shadow merge. Pull out the shadow a bit and switch the colors from black to whatever color scheme you are following. Repeat this step with the next picture.
One tip I would give is too make sure both pictures and the color scheme of your face claims matches.

STEP TWO) now add your png. Adjust them to where only half of their body is showing. I wouldn't use drop shadow merge for this one, just use regular merge.

STEP THREE) get a different picture but with the same face claim in their same outfits and crop it. When done turn it into black and white. Don't use drop shadow merge for this rectangle.

credit for whoever proved that texture ! ^
STEP FOUR) place a fitter on it. Use something that would flatter the cover.
STEP FIVE) the fonts I use were GOLDONI , Declara , and COUTURE-BOLDITALIC. The title, quote, and name set up doesn't really matter. Whatever you think looks good is perfectly fine. Then your done !
