(This cover works better with a dark mood or theme)STEP ONE) open up your background and a black image that you can crop. Use the ellipse tool to make your circle. Merge when done. Add the picture of your choice and put it on screen (I think? Maybe it was multiply. Either one would work anyways) and start erasing all the areas put side of the circle.
A little tip for trying to put a picture in a template. Always use screen so you can see better and it will speed up the process.
Make sure you make the head or body of your faceclaim pop more like I did.
Once done with the erasing then put it back on normal. Use the drop shadow merge tab.
STEP TWO) add the second picture of your faceclaim. It doesn't really matter just make sure it's a close up one. Depending on the color of your back ground go to the filter tabs and play around with it until you get something like mine. It's hard to explain and I don't really know the proper name.Use the rectangle crop tool to make lines in the picture like I did and place it close to the circle. Merge when done.
STEP THREE) add three black lines to your cover like I did. You can crop them or erase some parts, it's up to you.
Afterwards you can add some overlays or textures then save to your gallery.
STEP FOUR) place a filter over it and do whatever touch ups you need to do.STEP FIVE) for the titles I used Storybook regular and Euphemia UCAS. Then your done !
( YIKES ! This whole chapter was one big mess. Hopefully it's not too bad. My last day of school was yesterday and I want to get as much tutorials in as possible before my summer camp for cheer and color guard begins. )—Sam
