STEP ONE ) Go straight to Polarr with the image of your choice and start to editing it. I didn't bother using any filters, I just went straight to the light tab and started bring everything down. Make your image dark and edgy as possible ! Save when satisfied.

STEP TWO ) now go to PicsArt and go to the college tab and pick the one with three horizontal rectangles. Add your image and lower down the border settings till there is no border.
