3 DAYS LATER
When I opened my eyes, I could instantly tell that I wasn't in my own room. I tried to sit up but pain shot throughout my body and I noticed that wires was hooked up all over my body. I laid back down and turned my head over and saw my mother and Jordan sleeping on the couch.
"Ma." I tried to yell out. She continued to sleep which caused me to get frustrated.
"Ma." I said louder. She jerked in her chair and stood up and looked over at me.
"You're up! Oh thank you god. " She said getting up and racing over to me and pressed on the button near my bed indicating for the doctor and the nurses to come in.
"Jordan! Jordan! Wake up, Asia is up. God is good!" She said looking up at the ceiling.
"What happened to me? Why am I here?"
"You don't know?"
"I don't really remember." I said shrugging my shoulders. But in all honesty, I knew exactly what happened but I wouldn't dare tell them anything.
"You don't remember anything?" My mom asked looking at me hard.
"How long have I been here?"
"3 days."
"Three whole days?" I couldn't believe that it's been a whole three days that I was in the hospital.
Jordan walked up to the bed and looked at me. He knew whenever I was lying, so I tried to focus my attention away from him.
"So Asia you telling me you don't know what happened to have caused this to you?"
"No..."
Jordan opened his iPhone camera and showed me myself and I gasped and put my hand over my mouth.
I had two black eyes and I was surprised that I could even open my eyes. My whole lips was busted and my nose was red and it looked like it was bleeding. There was dry blood all over my hair and my eyes were shot red.
I started to bust out crying. I put my hands over my hideous face, I couldn't believe that Caleb did this to me. I truly loved him and I couldn't believe that he would really put his hands on me. If I were to ever see him again, I don't know what I will do.
Jordan gave me a tight hug and started to rub on my back as I continued to sob on his shoulder.
"I promise, if I find out who ever did this to you. I'mma get them, boy or girl. I don't care."
I nodded my head as I wiped the tears away.
"You hear me?"
"Yeah." I said lowly.
By this time the doctors and the nurses barged in the room and my mom and Jordan moved to the side, so the doctor can examine me.
"Alright, so it seems like your vessels in your eyes are swollen and a broken nose. You also had a concussion which caused brain injury but it isn't too severe to be permanent."
"Am I going to get better?"
"Yes, you're eyes is going to get normal and also we will give you basically a cast for your nose and for your concussion, it would be fine with the proper medical treatment."
"Do you remember what happened to to you?" He asked me.
"No, I don't remember."
"Do you remember anything before blacking out? Like what was the last thing your remember."
"I honestly cannot remember." I lied and I could feel Jordan's eyes piercing through my body.
"And you are sure you're telling the truth."
