Today I wasn't going to go to school today because my mom booked an appointment so I could take a pregnancy test and find out my results. It sucked because today was my father's birthday and I was going to see him after the hospital and I hope the results doesn't ruin my mood.
I dressed in a black crop top with a brown oversize sweater and pants, and I laid my hair down straight. I also made sure that my makeup was beat and presentable for the day.

"Asia, when are you gonna be finished?" My mom yelled from downstairs. She had an attitude ever since yesterday when she found out that I was sexually active.
"I'm coming down right now!" I yelled back down.
"Alright, I'm going to start the car." She said leaving outside.
I quickly went and made sure I had everything before I left. I grabbed my purse, keys and my wallet before rushing outside of the door, making sure that the door was locked.
I got inside the car with my mom and the trip to the hospital was silent. When we arrived to the hospital, we both got out the car and registered ourselves in and waited to be called.
I took a seat besides my mom and pulled out my phone and went through social media while texting the girls.
"Why you acting like you don't care?" My mom told me.
"How am I acting like I don't care?"
"You're here to check if your pregnant, and you're just on social media like this is some annual appointment. This can change your life."
"I'm not trying to be nervous that's all.."
"You should be. You're seventeen years old and you out here running around having sex knowing the possibilities."
"I only had sex with one guy mom."
"I swear, just watch when Jordan hears about this."
I threw my hands on my lap. "Mom, don't tell him please."
"Like I said before, if you are pregnant, Jordan is gonna find out and you're gonna be the one who's gonna tell him."
"What if i'm not?"
"Then I guess it's between us."
I sighed, and about another 10 minutes of waiting, the doctor called my name.
The doctor told my mom to stay in the waiting area while I was in the room.
"Take a seat please." The female doctor instructed.
I did as she said and folded my hands and set them on my lap.
"So.. you are here to get a pregnancy test, correct?"
"That is correct."
"Okay, when was the last time you had sex?"
"Uh.. A few days ago." I said thinking about when I went over to Caleb's house and we did it.
