Demi's pov:
Today's the day I get out if rehab I'm so excited I finally get to see my family ,but I was gonna miss Jess . She still had another month till she got out .I placed a necklace and a note on her table next to her bed and I finished packing my things .
Jess's pov:
I woke up to see that Demi was gone I felt my heart break I didn't get to say thank you or goodbye to her I put my glasses on and I saw the note and a necklace I picked the note up and read it " Note: "Dear Jess I'm leaving today I'm gonna miss you so much stay strong I will come find you when you get out love always Demi" . I put the necklace on and got ready for the day.

Once I left and got in to the car I went on to twitter none of my fans new I was out .
