Chapter 096

Cheska is now certain that she is right—whoever she saw a few weeks ago wasn't the master of Han organization. Aside from that, it is now proven that Lorenzo Han, the name she heard from Brittany is real.

That leaves the question, who is this Lorenzo Han and why did Brittany ask her about him? She might be really sure that she will investigate further about him.

Why did she let herself be bothered by her whisper and not to Lissa's? Hindi niya rin alam. There is just something different about Brittany's whisper—which she probably got the order from Lissa herself.

Lorenzo Han...there is something about this guy. Hindi niya lang makuha kung ano. Ipapalusot na lang niya siguro ang kaniyang titulo—that she is investigating about him as the mistress and because she is the mistress, it is her job to know the mysteries of her own world.

The headquarters went back to normal—or perhaps that is what it looks like. The highest-ranking members continue to function. Mas ginugugol nga nila ngayon ang oras sap ag t-training. Perhaps that's their escape way from the truth they got a few weeks ago.

And Cheska, she went back to her normal days. Iyong maraming tinatrabaho. Iyong maraming pipirmahan. Thank god hindi ganoon katambak hindi katulad noong mga unang taon niya sa pamumuno.

And since she is busy, she doesn't know what Lorenzo is exactly up to. Speaking of him, he is currently at the treehouse where Stein is staying.

They know he is there. In fact, they are standing confusedly before him habang siya ay nakaupo at iniikot ang tingin sa paligid.

The treehouse is classic yet elegant. For sure Stein can do more than this. He can live in a villa—honestly.

"Who are you?"

His playful eyes went to them but it remained unseen dahil sa kaniyang salamin. "Forgive me for trespassing but I am here for this man named Stein Dela Fuente. I heard he is living in this place."

Tanging sila David, Hani, at Alzi lang ang kanilang nasa harapan. As usual, the two aren't around. Probably somewhere that is connected to their job.

"No one has ever got inside this place without any of us knowing," Hani said strictly. She took out her katana and pointed it at him. "State your business. Don't dare do anything funny."

Hindi naman maipagkakaila ni Lorenzo na hindi nga ganoon kadaling makapasok sa treehouse na iyon. It has a lot of traps. "The traps are quite...cute by the way."

Her eyes narrowed at him. That's absolutely an insult. May karapatan naman siya. He managed to get inside without a single scratch.

But...who is this guy?

Nanatiling natahimik si Alzi habang inoobserbahan ang lalaking nasa harapan nila. This is Lorenzo Young—the master of Young organization. Hindi siya pwedeng magkamali. He knows his face perfectly.

This is the mistress's future husband.

Hindi niya mawari kung bakit hindi siya nakikilala ni Hani. For sure she has already seen the face of the famous Mr. Young. Hindi niya lang alam kung ilang beses at kailan ang huling beses.

Perhaps it's because it's too impossible for him to be here? Kaya hindi niya ito makilala?

Even David is confused. He has seen this face. Somewhere. Ngunit hindi niya lang mapagtanto kung saan. He meets different people, different customers, every day and night so...

He uncrossed his legs and took out his sunglasses. It's not like he's not up for introduction anyway. "I am Lorenzo Young."

"Lorenzo—" her brows furrowed. "Lorenzo Young? The master of Young organization?"
