She shrugged off the confusion later on. The reason why she is seeing that symbol inside their mom's house can be unnecessary or unimportant. It can be there because of various irrelevant reasons.

Pero hindi niya pa rin maiwasang mapaisip. What if it is connected to the queen? According to the Founders, their symbol is butterfly. But...why would her mom wear something that shows their symbol?

She is not a monarch?

And what was Lorenzo saying? His mom had the same bracelet? With the same design as her mom's? What is happening? What could be the reason for it?

How stressful. Kung kailan kakasagot lang ng isang misteryo, nagkaroon nanaman ng panibago. She thought the questions on her mind will finally decrease.

Maybe she is just trying to convince herself that the reason could be irrelevant. Na hindi naman importante. That she is just overthinking things para mabawasan ang gulo nanararamdaman.

There's just a lot of unanswered questions on her mind. Will it be answered one day? Kung oo, kailan? Can she wait for that long? Baka mauna pa siyang mabaliw.

"Good morning, mistress."

She smiled at the greetings. She's right beside Lorenzo. They're both standing tall. Parehas silang nakasalamin at nginingitian ng marahan ang bumabati sa kanila. Pakiramdam niya ay artista sila dahil lahat talaga ay bumabati sa kanila. Kahit ang mga may ginagawa.

"Mistress," Simon greeted and bowed slightly. "I've already asked the Lees to proceed to the meeting room. They're all waiting for your arrival."

"Thank you," then he glanced at Lorenzo. "You ready?"

He shrugged with a teasing smile. "I think I should be the one asking that. You will be leading this meeting."

"And you will be supporting me."

Lumipat lipat ang tingin ni Simon sa dalawa. These two are usually smiling at each other. But at some point, he feels something different with their smiles today.

"Thank you again, Simon," Cheska looked at her. "I'll talk to you later."

"Sure, mistress. I have something to tell you as well."

That's certainly about the thing she asked him to do.

"What is it?" nakapasok na sila ng elevator nang tanungin iyon ni Lorenzo sa kaniya.

"It's nothing special. Just asked him to find someone."

"Who?"

"The master of Han organization."

"Yea...he might be the father of the real master. I still don't know why they are doing this and I already asked Simon to see through it. It's not against the law so...I couldn't do anything serious towards the matter."

Sabay silang naglakad pasulong. Nang makatapat sa meeting room, tumigil na muna si Cheska para makahinga ng malalim. She took deep breathes before giving Lorenzo the go sign. He opened the door for her.

All eyes went to her. Lorenzo is the first one who arrived at his seat dahil mas malapit iyon sa pintuan. While Cheska, she remained standing. Her eyes went to each of them—scanning if everyone is indeed there.

"What...could this be meeting all about?" Mae asked hesitantly. "Did something happen?"

Iyon ang tanong ng lahat. Lahat sila ay nagtaka nang biglang sabihan sila ni Simon na magkakaroon ng meeting ngayong araw. Since it wasn't said beforehand, they all believe it is an emergency.
