Chapter 47

He opened the door for me and let me in, i took another glance at the girl before i went to the couch. I don't know if it's right to let them talk outside or leave them both together, i knew what happened the last time i let them talked without me. Cedi started getting cold and at the end he leave me alone and here is the girl now, asking him back to her life, trying to be part of the family she will never have. Cedi and I, we will be having a family sooner or later but how we will going to do that if that bitch keep on trailing wherever he will go. Suddenly I heard the door open and I saw Cedi went inside and Elli is with him. I stand up acknowledging their presence, i want to get angry but i can't i am not Cedi's woman yet, we are just about to build our family but this girl keep on coming to get him.

"want tea? water or juice?" i asked when i saw she was tugging Cedi's shirt.

"i want to talk to you kath" he looked at me with a sad eyes, i nod and waited for him to walk towards me "alone" he added in a loud voice when he saw elli was trailing him.There are two room in my condo but only one room is occupied. We went to the room where Arthur put my things. I sit in my queen size comfy bed and gestures for him to sit also. He went on the chair in front of my mirror and drag the chair in front of me. He let out a big sigh before he start talking.

"I can't make her go away" he started, his shoulders were all down like he has the whole world in his shoulder. "i tried to push her and make her way back to the house but she won't" he said. He put his face in his palm and shake his head "she said she'll go home in one condition" he said looking at me.

"what is it?" i asked

"if i'll go home with her" i was shocked, he said he wants to spend time with me but how if Elli is around? what will he choose this time? I felt my stomach pain a little so i rub it gently and put my mind a lot of positive thougths, maybe my son got stress today and wanted to rest but he can't due to my active mind who always thinks about his father and this crazy bitch who wanted to ruin our family. i think Cedi saw what i did because he went to my side and rub my belly also.

"don't worry son, everything will be alright. I promise" he said talking to our son in my womb suddenly i feel something like a body reaction.

"what just happened?" Cedi asked looking at me with a bright smile.

"i think i have an indigestion or a body reaction, you know it's my first time you came near in belly and talk to the baby" i said rubbing my stomach

"i don't think so, i guess he just kick" he said rubbing my stomach "baby, don't hurt your mommy too much, okay? she need to be cared a lot and i want you to cooperate with me, okay?" he added "oh my gosh! he just kick! i saw it kath, i saw it! i even feel it as i rub your belly! i can't believe this is happening, he just responded! kath the baby acknowledge me as his father!" he said jumping with joy, he is really happy, his eyes twinkles, his smiles came from ear to ear. his hands were on my belly like he was expecting another kick from the baby. Our happiness was broke when Elli came in to my room and dragging Cedi out.

"let's go home babe! i want to rest, look the baby is upset" she said pointing her belly. Cedi looks sorry for me, i guess he choose to go home with Elli, i don't have a choice he has to be with her, Elli left her with no choice. I guess i'll see him next time when Elli is not around.

after they left, i feel alone in the room, yeah i have my son but i want someone to talked to, to have cuddle with and to tell everything that i plan in my family or sharing our thoughts together to have a great family. i closed my eyes and remembered everything that my parents told me about being strong despite in any circumstances that our Almighty will give me, being brave and stand firm in all situation i need to conquer.

suddenly i heard a knock on my door, i got up from the bed and hurriedly went to the front door. I was shocked when i saw Cedi on the door that was about to knock again. "what are you doing here?, i thought you left with Elli?" i said in confused. "yeah but i forgot to give this to you" his hands were bald and he slowly let me see it but hence his hands were too big that i can't see what is inside in his hands i went closer to him and lean forward to see what is on his hands. he suddenly kiss me on my forehead when i went closer to him, i was shocked when i saw Elli was looking at us from a far. She looked pissed and irritated guess she doesn't like what she just saw. I smiled to Cedi and slap him gently "what was the kiss for?" i asked him, i just want to take time and talk to him, in that way i can make Elli get jealous and she will gone wild. "i just want to say goodbye and take care also goodnight but since i'm in a hurry i did it in a short time" he said squeezing my hands and putting a gentle kiss on them. I like what i feel towards Cedi, i feel the butterflies flying around my belly like they were happy too. "hey! let's go!" Elli shouted but Cedi just looked at her and eyed her. I feel happy that Cedi is trying to protect me from Elli.

after three days Cedi still didn't come to see or visit me, guess Elli is giving him a hard time. I didn't even tried to call him or send him a message because elli might answer it and give me a wrong message again. It's my schedule today to visit my doctor but i feel so tired knowing that i'll be going there alone. "i thought it's your schedule to visit your doctor today?" i looked at the owner of the voice and i was shocked when i saw arthur outside my room. "what are you doing here?" i immediately stand up from my lying position. " I want to inspect if Cedi is doing his work for his family" he said looking around my condo. I wouldn't asked him why he just slip at my condo hell yeah he's the owner of this building where i'm staying at. "why are you checking at my condo?" i asked him while he roams his eyes around the area. "where is Cedi?" he asked me as he stopped walking in front of me. I was about to answer him when i heard my phone beep. I read the message and put down my phone back "He can't come here" I replied.

He looked up to me with a concern eyes but i flip it and grab my things but he hold my arms and surrounded me with his arms.
