This is already the revised version. The characters from before are still going to be used, yet in a different way.

Many Years Ago in the Spiralla Kingdom

The kingdom was at peace. The townspeople lived their life accordingly. In the market, during the day, you'll hear endless yelling of buy this and buy that. Some would even have deals or promos just to sell their product.

This was also the time when the queen took a stroll to the town, accompanied by two palace guards. They each had a dark blue uniform and a sword.

When people took notice of the royal highness, they said their praises and even bowed to her. The queen waved them off; she wasn't still used to this as she wasn't even royalty to begin with.

When she was just a child, she lived in the slums, unaware of what her true nature is. She was labeled as a weird and rare citizen by kids of her age for she possessed some kind of magic in her. The queen didn't let that get to her and now, well, she's a queen for she found out -- by eavesdropping -- what she truly is.

Back to the present, a kid touched her long flowing gown that was still clean despite walking through the dirty parts of the town. The guards took the child by their arms, a reflex when someone just touches the queen without permission.

"Put him back down." The queen commanded, raising up a hand to dismiss the guards.

"I j-just wanted to g-give this t-thing to you." The boy uttered, his voice shaking from nervousness.

He took out an odd-shaped object which looked like an amulet of some sort. The queen gladly accepted the token and thanked the boy.

"I express my sincerest apologies to you for my child just touched you like that! I will teach him more with some manners, Your Highness."

The queen, presumed that this was the boy's mother and so, she didn't care what she said. What's so bad about the boy's action? He just wanted to give that strange object to the queen.

"No need for that apology. Please, continue what you were doing before."

The two nodded and went back to their spot in the market. They were apparently selling trinkets to other townspeople.

"Let us go back to the palace."

---

A boy was running swiftly in the halls of the palace with the young maid chasing him. His black and a little spiky hair made contact with the wind, messing it further. He went out to the courtyard and hid behind one of the animal topiary. He ran because he was supposed to drink his medicine at this time.

Now, the queen finally made it back to the palace. She spotted her son hiding in a topiary and chuckled to herself. The young maid was looking around the courtyard, always missing that one spot where the boy was hiding.

"I see. You're looking for the young prince, yes?"

She was startled upon hearing the queen's voice but still managed to reply.

"Yes, Your Highness. He was supposed to drink his cough syrup but he ran away!"

Meanwhile, the boy was snickering to himself. He didn't even notice his mother creeping behind him and scooping him up to his arms.

The boy yelped and was kicking his feet everywhere.

"My prince, please stop that. You might hurt somebody."

"Sorry mother."

He then noticed that his mother had the medicine in her other hand.

"No! Not that!"

"Now, be a good boy and drink your medicine. How will you heal further if you won't drink just a tablespoon of it?" The queen said softly.

The young prince sulked, he didn't want that medicine in his mouth. "It's bitter, that's why I don't like it."

"Oh well, I guess you don't want to be a strong young man when you grow up then."

"I want to be a strong young man, like father!" The prince boldly said.

The queen fought back a frown; the prince really did look up to his father, literally and figuratively.

"Oh, you will be, until you drink this syrup."

The prince finally nodded and waited patiently for the medicine to make contact with his lips. The queen poured the syrup, just enough to cover up a tablespoon of it and made the prince swallow it.

"Mother, its really bitter." He stuck his tongue out and the young maid handed him a bottle of water.

"But it will make you feel better." She turned her attention to the maid, "Where's the princess?"

"She may still be asleep, Your Highness." She answered.

"Alright. Please check up on her."

The young maid left the courtyard and rushed to the princess' room. It was just up the grand staircase to the left. She knocked on the door yet heard not a single sound come from the inside. She knocked again but it was the same result.

"Princess, I'm going in!" She said and entered.

---

"Mother, when shall I be strong like father?"

The two were in the throne room, having a conversation.

"Hmm, I do not know. That time will come, I'm sure."

Suddenly, the doors to Her Highness' right opened with a loud creak with the maid rushing inside of the throne room.

"My queen!" She exclaimed and panted, the throne room was far from where she came from.

"Y-yes?" She replied with a startled tone. The queen saw the young maid's eyes say something but she wasn't sure what.

"T-the princess...!"

"Speak,  young maid! What happened to my sister?"

The maid gulped before speaking. Whatever this was, she was going to have to say it, no matter what the cost.

"Sh-she's nowhere to be found!"
