As promised, here's part 2 of the previous chapter.
Thanks for making me reach the rank of 804! Thanks a lot guys!

Be careful of what I think? Pfft, she's messing with me!
She was frowning at me, but she looked like she can see what I am thinking.
"Right, another sign, you thought that the streets around your school should be flooded so you can't go to school right?" Her tone remained nonchalant as she spoke.
"How-" I was going to clarify but she cut me off.
"You're like an open book to us, Cray." She spoke turning her back against me.
"I see, that is right! Your thoughts are powerful!" Jay exclaimed.
"I've heard of words are powerful but thoughts? You're kidding!" I shouted, I am beginning to doubt all these people around me. If that's how she puts it, I'm going to challenge her.
I want Michiko to admit what she knows and her secrets. That's all I can think for now, at least, since that is what I'm interested in. I saw her smirk, and laughed maniacally. It looked strange on her, as if this person right now isn't the average Michiko that I know.
The prosecutors didn't do anything to calm her of the laughter that was spreading in the room. In fact, it's like they're amused with my argument with her. Jay looked terrified, it seems Michiko was already scaring him too much yet, after a while, he began to relax.
What is wrong with them?
"Brother, don't you see her thoughts?" Michiko said, still laughing.
"I see she wants to make you talk of what you know and your secrets."
I was stunned to even let another word escape my lips. He's right, I definitely wanted that to happen, though, he can read my thoughts!
"Your request is easy for someone who is mediocre, however, for me, that is not simple."
"Nngh, my thoughts were meant to be just mine!" I complained, though what can I do? They saw right through me already.
"In addition to the persuasion ability they have, it's a key for them to know of what an average person thinks by reading their body language. You, Ms. Cray, displayed a behavior that didn't seep through the lady's eyes." Jay explained.
Out of rage -- I am going to immediately regret this after -- I grab him by the collar and raise him up. My eyes displayed fury in them, I was begging -- no, demanding for an answer and everyone spoke in riddles. Jay seemed to know a lot and I know, he's the only one who can tell me everything.
He squirmed under my grasp and struggled to breathe. An unsettling power washed over me, like that time when I had to deal with the people who stole my lunch money. I wanted to release him but I couldn't! I felt like someone was controlling me, and they're unstoppable!
Just then, I felt an excruciating pain in my arm; I had been lashed by a whip. This forced me to break hold of Jay, sending him down on the sofa. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the whip recoil back in Fran's hand. I was thankful of her for snapping me out but it looked like she was ready to throw another lash at me.
"It's been triggered, Michiko."
"Should I say good?" She sneered.
"I don't suppose you should. After all, the entity living within her is truly vigorous."
I paid no mind with what they're talking about, the lashed part of my arm was beginning to redden, making it more painful. Not before long, the pain was gone and also, the redness began to fade. I didn't hear anyone say something, or did I just miss it?
"Sir! It has healed expeditiously!" Jay sounded in a fit of panic? Why?
"As I've presumed..."
"Presumed what?" I was anxiously calm, what has he thought?
"Let me explain, the whip was laced with a spell that was supposed to make you lose consciousness. Only a few, let's say, lucky ones could escape from it."
"Take it easy with the information, magenta, what do you mean?"
I was close to having each one of them to stifle a laugh but oh well, my humor is atrocious.
"I appreciate the name, though, I was not finish with it yet. The spell acts like a poison, which means, the one who suffers from being lashed, when laced with it, will lose consciousness for more than three days."
"More than three days?!" I practically yelled at utter confusion, though, I'm glad I was spared from that spell.
"Yes, and you're one of many that actually survived my spell." She admitted with a small smile.
"Which means...what, honestly?" I wanted to figure out, since he already fed me with an explanation of the facts.
"You're a..." I notice Jay look at the others for confirmation. "You're a Mythical that is living with normal humans."
When I heard that, my vision seemed to blur, my feet wobbled. I couldn't believe what Jay said, I mean, that is entirely impossible! I just have to think that it was impossible, right?! Yet no, nothing happened.
I squeezed my eyes shut and grab hold a handful of my hair. It even looked like I was pulling it out of my scalp.
"A...a Mythical...?" I managed to choke out.
"That seems highly unlikely, since you displayed not even a single quality of it." Michiko sounded that she was denying what Jay claimed, and I wanted to believe her words, not until someone else continued her sentence.
"Not until the spell was placed in the tip of her whip."
---
I may have lost consciousness after that petty discussion. I could hear them speaking just outside my room, their words sounded clear as day. I pretended that I was still unconscious so I can listen to what they're saying.
"That's just it, Michi, a Mythical. She showed no further signs of being the princess."
"Dammit! Does the two still have another one in mind?!" She sounded really frustrated.
And what is this thing about the princess? Sure, I remember that the girl was lost for a long time but how was she put into play?
"She's the only one that is under watch for now. If there is any, that foolish girl should make it known to us."
Foolish girl? Who could that informant be? I heard Michiko groan and stomp her foot. She was indeed frustrated.
"Contact her immediately!"
"She refused to talk the other day, even to go as far to decline someone's request to cross this world."
Someone wanted to cross this world? With those words, I can now infer that they were outsiders from something that is outside of my own world.
"Who is this?"
"We do not know that, as of now."
"If these people were them, do the necessary measures to take them out. I don't want anything left behind, is that clear?!"
Michiko commanded the two as if they're her own personal slaves. What's striking about that is, who was she talking about? Take them out? Does that mean, killing?
"They can't cross here. That girl is lucky she's still breathing, or else, when they find out, she's going to have to be eliminated."

I'm sorry about what Mika did to Jay! It was the only way I could think of...
Anyway, now you know what she is, but is she really just that? huehue (shut up Soybeans don't think of another theory again)
