The kingdom seemed to be far or was it just because I came from a town that is far from them?
The Metallicus Kingdom, where Myla resides, is where I'm off too. The kingdom's name is named after their abundance of all kinds of metals, hence, all the armory and weaponry come from them. Merchants from other places would usually come to their place to trade goods with their armors and weapons.
Though it's not easy to get them.
The woods seem to lack life in them; the leaves were wilting, the trees looked too old. What ever happened to these? I thought someone preserves the woods for a better life in all of the kingdoms.
Soon, I reached Metallicus. The town was full of busy people yet I rushed to the castle without further ado. The guards opened the large iron gates once they saw me rushing in. My eyes wandered through the palace doors and saw someone standing there.
I hopped off my horse and went up the stairs. I saw a better look of that person I saw and noticed it was Myla's sister.
"She is waiting for your arrival at the throne room." Her ashen gray eyes opened and she led me to the throne room. I never knew of her name, sadly. Myla is the only person I know for she frequently visited the Spiralla kingdom.
"I suppose you're here to clarify matters?" She spoke, her voice having a royal tone in it.
She walked with class; her silver gown was dragging beneath her feet, her feet walked normally though I can tell she was controlling the impact of each foot that lands on the floor. Her dark gray hair was left down which reached just above her waist.
"Yes." I simply replied. What's there to say anyway?
"Be warned, Platinein does not speak to anyone she does not like nor know." She said, her royalty tone not even faltering in the slightest bit.
"I see."
How am I so quiet? I'm supposed to be asking her some questions before I see the real deal myself.
"Did my presence got your tongue twisted?" There was a hint of a mocking grinned expression plastering in her face when she asked me that. I couldn't see her well, her back was facing me for I'm following her to the throne room.
"No, I just do not know what to ask, that is all."
"Hmph, I presumed that."
We stopped at another large door, the walk here seemed to drag so long that I almost forgot the throne room wasn't that much far. She opened the door for me and I stepped in.
The room had red velvety colored curtains. The walls were painted with a cream colored paint with fleur-de-lys designs perfectly drawn in them. There were only three thrones in the far back placed perfectly in the middle. Myla sat at the center throne and on her left is, who I assume, is Platinein.
Platinein looked mature at such a young age. I remember that her sister mentioned she was only really young, about seven I guess? She had a long, flowing and sparkling black gown and a white diamond in her necklace. The jewel reflected light, making my eyes squint a little. Her platinum hair was cut short, just reaching her neck.
Well, I think that's where her name came from.
Myla, on the other hand, wore a magenta gown. Just by looking at her, you can feel the royal blood reeking from her. Her jet black hair was tied up in a half ponytail, some parts of her hair were over her shoulder.
"So, you've come." I heard her say.
"I immediately did after receiving your letter."
I saw Platinein rest her head in her hand. Her arm was placed on the arm of the chair and had a bored look.
