The cool thing about God is His love is all sufficient. No matter how hard or how far we fall His love can reach out and touch us. And His love is a love like no other. His love heals, restores, revives. Through His love we can be made WHOLE.
Without fail though, we often see our own brokenness and we get scared. We start claiming our brokenness and calling ourselves unusable. We begin claiming failure. Claiming that we can't be used by the hands of the Creator. We begin to claim that we aren't enough to salvage and build with. We begin thinking and claiming all sorts of self deprecating thoughts, and as we're saying these things we are writing these words on our hearts.
It's not obvious to those who see us. We don't wear it like a sign, but it's wrote on our hearts.
Tonight God wants to write something new over your heart. You know, it's not easy. I know every day I have to ask God to write it on my heart what He says about me. In the words of Casey J, it's like a journal. Everyday we have an opportunity to write a new page. God is going to give you a new journal and His ink lasts longer than our words. When our God writes something, He stamps it. Tonight God is going to seal some things on your heart.
Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your all sufficient love. Oh, Lord, I know that no matter how hard or how far we fall, Your love is right there to catch us. Lord, forgive us for the things we write on our hearts daily. Forgive us for our self deprecating thoughts. We are Your creation and we are fearfully and wonderfully made by Your hands. We are beautiful creatures. So Lord, write Your Words on our hearts. Help us to speak Your Words over ourselves daily. Seal Your Words on our hearts, heavenly Father. Make us whole.
Tonight God is going to reveal some things to you and write it on your heart. Be still in His presence.
