Cpater 26

NA: okay guys this is probably the last chapter. Sorry I end it here but I'm going to write a third book. I'm going to put up a few epilongs so keep an eye put for them!!

Chapter 26

Finally we got everyone accommodated in the house that now seems cramped and tiny. I collapse on the couch and relax in silence for the first time in a few days. Scarlet comes in and sits down beside me.

"What a week" she says as she stares off into space.

"I know" I say.

"How did you wake me? I felt dead" she asks.

"I went inside you and gave you most of my energy then pulled you conscious"I explain.

"Can you teach me?" she asks. I smile and remember when she asked me that years ago.

"I though you were dead at first. You really have to stop doing that Scarlet" I say.

"I'm done being Scarlet" she says "I don't want to be her anymore, her life is taking others. I want to be Arura again. I miss her"

"We all do" I say mindlessly. I throw myself on her in a big hug. I feel a tear slip out and I wipe it away before she sees.

"It's okay to cry in front of me now" she says.

"Come on" I say as I pull her up as I get of of her. I drag her out of the house and she pulls on her glasses.

"Where are we going?" she asks. I smile and point to the tree. I pull her up it and sit her down beside me.

"All Shifters and visitors I ask for you to gather around the Great Oak" I call. I wait as everyone gathers around the tree for the second time today "I have someone you all have missed for a long time" I watch as the elders come out of their house off to the side and mothers and small children huddle closer to the tree.

"You all know Scarlet, she has kept the humans off our trail as long as she could and she has only ever told very few people what I want you all to know. I want you accept her back into our Clan after she has been missing for so long" I say as I turn to my sister. I pull her glasses off "Arura it has been too long since you saw your Clan like this, we all have missed you greatly" the crowd cheers and I look at mom and she wipes a few tears away. Finally our family is safe and together again. We climb down and the Clan surrounds Arura as they accept her back into the Clan.

"You've done well" my mother says as she comes up behind me.

"I wish she didn't leave" I say.

"I know it was hard on you to lose your litter mate as then get her back again but if she didn't go you two would be fighting all the time because she would be jealous of your powers" my mother says.

"I know" I say in defeat.

"Everything happens for a reason now go get to know your nieces before they get too old" my mother says.

"I don't have any nieces" I say. She pulls me further into the forest away from the Clans prying ears.

"Yes you do, I should have told you both when you arrived but you have a brother" she says finally.

"I do?" I ask.

"Yes, and Ivy is now your sister" she says proudly.

"Wait, Blake's my bother?" I ask again. She nods while smiling.

"Only Colum, Blake, his parents and I knew about it and it's going to stay that way okay?"she asks me this time.

"Okay" I say. We walk back to the Clan and I whistle.

"Let's go for a hunt!" I call and everyone cheers. We all Shift and begin out hunt led rightfully by Arura and I with Ivy an Summer at our sides.
