Can you accept it?

Barry and I hung out for a little bit. I haven't received anything from Oliver. Me and Barry decided to go out for coffee. I got a simple strawberry acai and Barry got a fancy secret menu item. We sat down and continued to talk for a bit. I see the door open. Felicity, a redhead, and a guy wearing a cat shirt.

"Hey Lexi. This is Caitlin and Cisco." Felicity says as she sits down next to me.

"Hey I'm Lexi. Let me guess you're team Flash?" I say.

"Yeah, Barry told us you wanted to improve the suit. The suit is more mine than Barry's. What improvements have you come up with?" Cisco asks. I tell the group and we get into more detail. The went and ordered something to drink and came back. I see the door open and tall, blonde, with twinkling blue eyes. Oliver orders a black coffee and sits on the other side of the table.

"You guys can stay but I'm in charge." Oliver says. I look at him and I see that others can tell we aren't in a good place right now. We talk about a case and Barry's suit. We start to head out. I hear a soft voice ask.

"What's with you and Oliver?" Felicity asks.

"We disagree. Meet you by my car. I am gonna get another drink." I say. She turns and walks out the door. I go to order a drink and see Oliver waiting for his. We stare at each other but say nothing. I am not taking back what I said.

"Oliver I..." I get stopped by Oliver who pulls me in.

"This changes nothing. You still have to get used to people helping you. Even if you're in charge you need help. Without help who would hack, who would back you up, and who is there to do this." I give him a hug, grab my drink and go. I walk back to my car. What was the point of that? I question myself. Was there any point to that? Hmm. Maybe Oliver got something from it.

"Ready?" I ask Felicity as she leans against the car.

"Yeah." She says standing back up straight.

"Hey can I get a ride?" Barry asks me.

"Get in." I say as I get in.

"Where are we going exactly?" I ask as I turn to them.

"Your place?" Felicity asks.

"Okie." I say. I start the car and start driving. We get to my place and Barry starts looking around at stuff.

"This is cool." Barry says playing with the maze ball.

"It was my brothers favorite thing to solve." I say putting down my bag and walk over to him.

"Was?" Barry asked.

"My parents and brother died in a failed plane engine crash." I say.

"My mother was murdered. They arrested my dad. My dad didn't do it I was there and who would believe a little boy." Barry said.

"I just met you and Barry when you started talking about it. I believe you."

"My dad left me and my mom." Felicity says.

"Shall we watch something?" I ask sitting down.

"Yeah sure." Barry says taking a seat. I turn on the tv and start looking for something.

"Captain America Civil War good?" I ask.

"Yeah." Barry says looking at me then back at his phone. I click it and we start watching. Felicity comes back from the bathroom and sits. We watch the movie and I feel my phone vibrate in my leggings pocket. I pull it out and see Oliver texted me. I get up and tell them I'm going to the bathroom. I'm not lying. I get to the bathroom and call Oliver.

"Can you accept it yet?" I as him.

"No but I need your help right now."

"What?"

"Jared." He says.

"Say no more. Where are you?"

"Queen consolidated." He says and I hang up. I go out to Barry and Felicity and tell them something came up and I have to go and that I will be back soon. They are okay with it and I leave. I get in my car and go.

I get there and I see Jared sitting in Oliver's office. Oliver is sitting at his desk.

"Hey babe." I hear Jared say.

"What are you doing here and don't call me babe." I say defending myself.

"Your leg is looking better. You know you hurt my feelings." He says looking at me then Oliver.

"You hurt me. Several times. I'm done with you Jared. You should be in jail but your not. One call I make or move and you there for life." I say.

"Ahh. Your little family died and you went weak. I cheated on you. You went weak. I'm shocked you're speaking right now." He says as he gets up and walks to me and grabs my arm.

"Let me go NOW." I say as I punch him in the balls and get him into a hold.

"I went weak. How do I look now?" I ask. I look up at Oliver who is standing because Jared took hold of me.

"Now good try buddy. Now let's get you a new roommate." I say grabbing my phone and calling the police.

Mini es later they arrive and take Jared away. They ask some questions and I answer. One cop can't seem to blame Oliver for something. They leave and I hear Oliver start talking.

"Training helped." He says.

"Don't get to cocky about your training." I say picking up my bag.

"Wait." Oliver says as I'm walking away. I turn around and see that Oliver the a couple feet away from me.

"You know this has happened to many times." I say thinking about the other day.

"I know. I can accept it Lex. I get it. Everyone need help and a team at some point. I just." Oliver stops.

"You have to be in charge because you are scared to trust other people." I say being able to relate. Oliver saw a new side of me and it left him speechless.

"Yes." Oliver says. I open my arms and wrap them around him.

"You're mine Oliver Queen." I mumble into his chest.

"And you're mine Lexi Winters." He says.
