Black Dress

I wake up and Oliver's arm is wrapped around me. I didn't take a shower last night so I try to get out of oliver's hold. It's a lot harder than I thought it would be. I eventually got out and carefully placed Oliver's arm around a pillow and I give him a peck on his cheek and got to the bathroom.

I got out of the shower and was about to get dressed. Shit what am I supposed to wear? Let's ask Ollie. I get out of the bathroom and I see Oliver holder a hanger with a simple black dress. (Picture above)

"Oliver that's pretty. Are you letting me me wear that?"

"I would like to. Do you want to wear old clothes?" He says with pride that he found me something to wear out of Thea's closet. I take it.

"Let's see if it fits and why am I wearing this?" I ask.

"We have a family brunch." Oliver says hoping that I wont say no.

"Ollie this is gonna go horrible. I'm wearing your sister's dress and it probably cost more than my apartment." I end with a stressed out voice. Oliver walk overs to me.

"Put it on and meet me in the dining room." He gives me a peck and I go change. I come out and it fits pretty well. Who knew that it would fit? I didn't but I guess Ollie did. This is a very simple dress but I look really fancy. This is gonna be weird. I hope Thea doesn't mind. I finish getting ready and I don't look half bad. I keep pacing back and forth in Ollies room. After a couple minutes later Ollie comes in to check on me.

"Lexi you okay?" He asks and then walks to me and wraps his arms around me.

"What if your mom doesn't like me and what if your sister doesn't like that I'm wearing her dress?" I mumble into Oliver's chest" Oliver pulls away and holds my hands.

"Everything is gonna be fine. Remember I am on your side.  Won't let anyone hurt you not even my mother. Kay?" Oliver says and makes me feel even better. We leave Oliver's room and head to the dining room. I take a seat next to Oliver and across the table is Thea next to her mom.

"Hey Speedy I hope it's okay that I am letting Lexi borrow your dress." Oliver tells Thea.

"It's fine she looks better in it than I do." Thea replies.

"So Lexi tell me about yourself." Moira says as she starts to drink her tea.

"Well I am the only one left in my immediate family." I reply and look down at my plate. I feel Oliver put his hand on my thigh.

"Oh well I am sorry about that. Would you tell me or to personal?" Moira asks hoping I will explain.

"Plane engine failed and we went down." I say as I look straight at Moira.

"Oh i'm sorry Lexi. That's something no one should ever go through. About six years ago I lost my husband and I thought I lost Oliver. But gladly he survived." Moira said looking at me than Oliver.

We ate and finished. Thea left to see her friends and Moira left to fix something at work. Ollie and I go back to his room. I ran to the bathroom.

"Oh shit!" I yell.

"You okay Lex?" Oliver asks as he runs to the bathroom but stops because the door is locked.

"I'm fine Ollie just girl things." I hear Ollie sigh in relief.

"Do you want anything?

"Oversized shirt that smells like you, advil, pads, ice cream, and you."

"Let me go get those and we watch Supernatural and cuddle? Oliver makes a plan.

"Can I have the first one now? I ask. I see Oliver head over to his dresser and grab a shirt. He heads over to me and gives it to me.

"It doesn't smell like you." I complain. He comes over and pins me down. He starts kissing me and the shirt is in between us and he stands back up.

"How does it smell?" Oliver looks at me as he grabs his phone and wallet off his dresser.

"Smells good but I mean you are better. So hurry." I say as I give him a peck and send him on his way. I put his shirt on and lay down in bed and turn on the tv and find youtube. I catch up on my subscriptions. About half an hour later I hear the door open. I see Oliver open the door to his room.

"I'm back and I wasn't sure what type of ice cream you like. But knowing you it's probably rocky road. Am I right?" Oliver asks.

"Correct Queenie. Gotta say you got some skill. Shall we watch my favorite hunters?"

"We shall." Oliver says as he climbs into bed with me.
