The next couple of days have been busy. The boys and I are finally getting things together for the shop. With the help of some extra spells I know, we've been able to mass-produce all of our products in order to be stocked up in time for opening.

We have floor to ceiling shelves that we fill with our pranking gear, the entire second floor is filled with Skiving Snackboxes, and bins full of Pigmy puffs and much to my chagrin the boys have made a love potion...

"What did Lee say? Is he going to come work here when school's done?" I ask the boys as I organize the Fizzing Whiz-bangs.

"He said he'll think about it. Doesn't want to upset his mum or something like that.." Fred shrugs, doing a bad imitation of Lee.

"Well at least he isn't going to spring it on his mum like you two did." I say with a smirk as the two cringe.

"You know she's going to be furious right?" I say as we walk across the field towards the Burrow.

"Thank you Evelyn, for your positivity." George bites back as they look at each other in worry.

"I'm just saying, you guys should've thought of a better reason to tell her instead of just, 'we've out grown full-time education'." I say looking at the two of them, both trying to mask the nervousness of telling their mother.

"Well," Fred starts as he places his hand on the door. "He goes nothing." We take a deep breath as Fred knocks and opens the door.

"Hello? Mum?" Fred calls, reflexively grabbing my hand as we walk in the house.

"Fred? George? What are you boys doing here?" She then sees me and relief floods her face.

"Oh Evelyn. I heard what happened at the Department of Mysteries, you alright dear?" She asks embracing me in her famous hug.

"I'm fine Molly. Just glad I was there for Dad's sake."

She rests her hands on either side of my face, checking my eyes for the truth, something Fred has picked up from his mother. She nods once she's satisfied and turns back to her sons.

"How come you boys are home early?" She asks with her hands on her hips and the boys begin to fidget in nervousness.

"Well mum," Fred runs a hand threw his hair, and I grab his other hand. "Hogwarts wasn't really working for us. Lemme explain!" He cuts in as he sees the anger flooding her eyes.

"We weren't learning anything with Umbridge mum. We wouldn't have passed our N.E.W.T.S. well enough to get decent jobs, but the shop. Mum the shop is something we're good at, something we know we can do. Something we don't really need school for..."

Fred's voice trails off, squeezing my hand as we await what Molly has to say. I can't help but smile at how he went about this all, better than their previous shouting matches about the shop.

Molly sighs, sitting down at the table and we join her. She looks to the boys, and then to me which I greet with a small smile and we can see her anger fade.

"You boys are sure about this shop?"

"More sure than anything mum." George answers and she sighs again.

"Well. I guess I can't tell you no, you're both adults. I just want to make sure you boys know what you're doing."

She looks to both of her sons with sadness in her eyes, but they light up once she sees their smile. Both boys place a comforting hand on her own, smiling and reassuring her.

"We can do this mum. Don't worry, we'll make you proud."

After dinner, we moved back the beds with other things the boys wanted and we only have enough energy once back at the flat, to fall on the beds, sleeping until morning.

"Yeah. Guess Lee can be smarter than us sometimes."

"Careful George, your modesty is showing." I say with a chuckle.

"I'm hungry, how about we take a break and head to the Leaky Cauldron?" George replies poking his head around the corner.

"Sure, I could go for some Butterbeer." I say with a shrug.

We lock up shop and quickly make our way down to the pub. The alley is so different than the one we grew up with..it's darker now, a lot of the shops have begun to close down and not a soul wants to be out after dark.

"Thanks mate." Fred says after Tom, the owner, shows us a table and we collect our drinks before sitting down.

"So, with what we got done today, what do we think for an opening day?" I look at the boys after taking a sip from my delicious drink.

"I was thinking maybe Friday? That gives us one more full day to get everything in order, and we'll be open in time for the weekend."

"Good thinking brother, let's just hope all the customers haven't been scared away yet." George points out and we all hum in agreement.

"So Georgie, heard from Alicia since we've left?" He blushes at his girlfriends name making Fred and I snicker.

"She's actually coming to visit Monday after classes are done."

"Aww!" His face matches his hair at my teasing. "George I'm so happy for you."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." He simply waves me off with a smirk. "What about the two of you?"

"What about us?" Fred asks as we both raise a brow.

"Well! You two are engaged now, so usually a wedding comes next." He looks between the two of us with a 'duh' look on his face.

"Oh. I guess I hadn't really thought about it." I say with a shrug looking to Fred. "What do you think about a wedding?"

"You're right. I hadn't thought about it, but I know my sister and mother would kill us if we didn't have a wedding." We all nod in agreement, and it gets me thinking.

"Okay, but if we do a wedding, all of our families would have to be home so that leaves us with this summer or next, or winter holiday." I drum my fingers on the table, thinking how this could work.

"What about this summer?"

"This summer?"

"Yeah, why not? Gives everyone something other than doom and gloom to think about." Fred says with a shrug and a big grin at me.

"Okay. If you think we can do it, then let's do it!" I say with a giant grin, officially excited.

I would've never thought that Fred and I would have the time to actually figure out a wedding, but he's right.

It's just what everyone needs in the times to come.
