I smiled as he walked away.

After I lost sight of him, I turned to head to the cafeteria, to meet up with the girls. Only someone block me, standing in front of me. It was Aiden.

'What do you want?', I asked sternly.

'You going out with Jack?'

'What's it gotta do with you?', I responded.

'He's an idiot, you could do much better'

'Like who, you?', I asked, my voice laced with sarcasm.

He placed a hand on me, I shrugged it away.

'I'd be honored to go back out with you', he said with his winning smile, the one that I spent many an hour looking forward to seeing.

'Well I wouldn't be honored', I retaliated and marched past him, without turning back. As I walked away, I couldn't help feeling sympathy for him, then I quickly had to remind myself that he was he one who cheated on me.
