After two hours of sitting in the park, talking, we decided it was time to go home. I invited Chris to my hotel room, after warning him it was kind of a mess. Chris parked the car close to my hotel and we both went to my place. Before we went inside I warned Chris again.

"I haven't unpacked a lot and it's probably a mess since I left in a hurry a few days ago," I told him, a bit embarrassed, Chris smiled at me.

"Don't worry about it," Chris answered me as he placed his hand on my back again. I unlocked the door and we both went inside. The clothes were shattered on the floor. I tried to clean some of the clothes which were spread around the apartment, Chris wandered a bit around. When I laid all of my clothes in my closet again I walked back to the bed were Chris was standing. I smiled at him but I could see he wasn't paying attention to anything, he was deep in thought.

"Hey, what's up?" I nudged him, he immediately 'woke up' and looked at me.

"Huh? Sorry, I zoned out for a second," Chris showed his small smile.

"What's wrong?" I asked him concerned, Chris shook his head.

"Nothing to worry about," Chris smiled at me, I smiled back.

"I actually want to look for an apartment soon, the hotel life isn't really my thing," I told him, Chris smiled.

"I can help you with that if you want," Chris proposed. I thanked him.

"You should look around, but don't decide too quickly. The apartments around here are really expensive, I wouldn't want you to live somewhere you don't want to," Chris told me.

"Are they really that expensive?" I asked him, he nodded his head.

"It took me a while before I could hire my apartment," Chris admitted, a bit embarrassed.

"The hotel it is then," I smiled.

"I don't really have a lot of money from back in Belgium, I was only a student so I worked once a week for little money," I explained, Chris nodded in understanding.

"Before Marvel my payments weren't really that great either, I slept in shitty hotels and went home as soon as I could so I didn't have to pay that hotel anymore," Chris admitted.

"You could always sleep over at mine if you have difficulties," Chris told me as he sat down on my bed.

"Thanks Chris, I appreciate it but Marvel actually pays for my room here, I don't think I could actually afford this room if I had to pay for myself," I laughed.

"Really?" Chris asked me, I nodded as I walked over to the mini-fridge.

"Really," I smiled as I took two beers out of the fridge and handed one to Chris.

"You know you're not allowed to drink just yet," he told me again, just like he did at Lizzie's party.

"Just a few more weeks," I told him as I took a sip of my beer, I went to the balcony and took a cigarette. Chris followed me outside.

"You should try to stop," Chris suggested me, I nodded.

"I know, but I can't, not right now," I told him, Chris smiled.

"Don't worry, just try to stop when you're ready for it," he told me, smiling. We both sat down on the ground since there were no seats here.

"Thanks Chris, for everything," I told him as I looked him in the eyes to assure him I was being serious.

"Why? I didn't do anything special," Chris looked confused at me.

"For taking care of me the other day, for letting me sleep in your bed, for wanting to help looking for an apartment, for befriending me," I summed up, I smiled at him.

"You don't have to thank me for that, don't worry about it Tilly," Chris smiled as he placed his arm around my shoulder. I smiled back at him.

"No really, thank you, it means a lot to me," I told him as I took my last drag out of the cigarette before I threw it away.

"Come on, let's see if they have Netflix here," I smiled as I pulled Chris up.
