"Get em fight!"
"Watch the eye!"
Farkas only stood there silently, watching Athis and Njada brawling in the Mead Hall as Aela,Skjor and others shouted and cheered at them. He was never the one to talk much, plus these indoor brawls already broke many things and once it almost broke a fragment of Wuuthrad. He got bored looking at those two beating each other into a pulp, so he stared the great fire place burning in front of him. Farkas crossed his arms as he saw the embers fly about and fire dancing, he kept his grey eyes to the fire place as he got lost in his thoughts... deep, mournful thoughts.
"This damned war... took so many lives, families..." His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of an old door creaking open, as an unexpected visitor walked in.
She was a beautiful lady, she had mesmerizing (e/c), beautiful (h/c) hair but she looked like she was looking for something. Farkas was in awe by seeing this beauty and he didn't even realized he was staring at her but fortunately she didn't noticed and headed straight towards Kodlak.
"maybe she wants to join?" Farkas thought.
After a while, the woman walks out with Vilkas as they head straight to the training yard.
Farkas follows them to the courtyard, he stands at a distance and watches them fight.
Vilkas and (y/n) fight each other, her beautiful hair flying around with every swing of her sword and a battle anger burnt in her dreamy (e/c) eyes.
"that's enough!" Vilkas said blocking last of her attacks "you might just make it, here take this sword and have it sharpened up to Eorlund and be careful! It's probably worth more than you are" Vilkas hands her the sword
"but I..." she wanted to say something
"don't question me whelp!" Vilkas barks at her, which probably scared her and walks off with a wolffish grin. Farkas angrily grits his teeth with this poor attitude of his brother and sadly looks at her as she walks past but still smiling a friendly smile at Farkas.
"Vilkas and I need to talk" Farkas thought to himself as he watched her walking up the Skyforge.
Vilkas was no where to be seen but Aela was calling Farkas, so he needs to deal with his brother later.
"I don't care for boasting"
"ah a woman of action, I knew there was something I liked in you"
"you called me?" Farkas walks in, interrupting Aela's and the new recruit's conversation.
"of course we did icebrain, here show this new blood where rest of the whelps sleep" Aela said
Farkas glanced at the woman standing beside Aela "new blood? Alright tag along" he apathetically said to you. You smiled and followed him.
"hey so, sorry about Vilkas... he's sometimes a bit cold towards new people" he apologized
"oh that? That's no problem" she said smiling
"well I hope we keep you, this can be a rough life... by the way I'm Farkas" he turned to you and offered a handshake
"(y/n)" you reply as kindly accepting the handshake, he held your soft hand for awhile but quickly let it go.
"what's she doing now?" Vilkas asked as he drank mead
"I sent her for a work, she should be back by now.." Farkas replied
"or not, you know she looked like a weakling and she must've been dead by now heh" Vilkas said laughing
Farkas glared at him and before he could say anything, came the new blood. Standing in between him and the fireplace, the fire dancing behind her curvaceous body. Farkas stared at her and she caught him staring
"Farkas!" You shouted, he snapped out of his musings
"huh?" Farkas mumbled
"the rogue wizards are dead" you answered him
"eh really? Why didn't you tell me earlier?" He questions you back
"I did, you weren't paying attention" you replied, annoyed.
"well, Skjor was looking..."
"for me and we need to head to Dustman's Cairn, yes I came to tell you this, I'll meet you there." You finished his words and left off the Jorrvaskr.
"try not to get her killed..." Vilkas taunted and Farkas walked off from the dining table.
Fighting off skeletons, the pair walks inside the ancient crypt.
"hold up, let me lead!" Farkas quickly said to you. Taking out a torch, he signed you to follow him as he walked the dark halls of this old crypt. The door to traverse further into the crypt was strategically locked
"look for any levers around" He said as he gave you a torch and he began to search. Little did he know, that this was a trap set by their enemies and soon you got yourself locked in that trap.
"Farkas!" You shouted as Farkas came towards you "now look what you got yourself into, don't worry let me find a release" he scoffed and left.
She waited until a sudden howl filled the chamber and before she knew what happened, a werewolf appeared in front of her and the door opened. The wolf slowly disappeared to reveal Farkas falling in front of her, weak and in tatters. She helps him up "you are a werewolf?!" She asks
"not your business!" He shouts at her
"Fine, if you die transforming next time then don't come crying to me!" She barked
Farkas angrily bared his teeth and glared at her, but she showed no sign of fear instead she glared back at him. (Y/n) reminded him of himself but she was braver and better than him, he dared to think.
Immersed in his thoughts he forgot about the woman who now stood up and walked off, her melodic voice echoing in the burial chamber bought him to senses
"We should continue our search for the fragments" she said as Farkas sighed, "god knows why I bought a person with me" Farkas thought and stood up.(A/N)
