Chapter 29

I've been sitting by Anna's bed side for 3 hours.  I said I wouldn't leave her side and I meant it. I'm starting to worry. She's still not awake. She should have been taken to the hospital. The guy said himself she lost like 50% of her blood supply!

I texted my mom saying,' Mom maybe Anna should have been taken to the hospital the ambulance guy said she lost 50% of her blood!'

I sat there waiting for her response. She went with everyone other than me to get Anna something. I finally got a text back,' Maybe so but the paramedic said she'd be okay just staying at home. If she doesn't wake up soon, we'll take her. Don't worry she's gonna be okay honey. We are on our way home.'

I replied saying okay and put my phone down. I really need to use the bathroom...they better hurry. Everyone didn't leave right away. They decided to wait a little while...apparently 3 hours... they've been gone for 2 hours. They were discussing what to do with Anna for an hour. I missed it though, I didn't leave the bed side.

-20 minutes later-

"Honey we're home!" My mom called up the stairs.

"Okay," I called down trying not to disturb Anna too much. I'd rather her wake up on her own then to me screaming down the stairs.

Everyone started to pile into the room and I put my finger up to my lips to signal to be a little quieter. Everyone nodded and came in to put what they got her in the room.

I laughed when I saw what Rocky got her: A gigantic plush sloth. I have never in my life seen a sloth stuffed animal that big! She'll love it though, it's so fuzzy and soft.

Riker brought in balloons saying get well soon. He also got her a huge stuffed monkey. Everyone got her something really sweet. I'm gonna get her something a little later, after she wakes up maybe.

"So, What are we gonna do when she wakes up?" I ask.

Everyone looked at each other," Well um...Ross we uh might...have to take her back to Ohio, at least for a little while. When she's better again...she can choose to come back if she wants." Karen revealed.

I looked at her with wide eyes," What? No! I don't want her to leave! Let her stay, ill keep an eye on her! No please don't take her!" I cried out, starting to tear up.

"Ross it's for her own good. We know her very well she-" Karen started.

I interupted," I know her too! Please don't take her! Don't do this to me! Please no!" I couldn't hold it in anymore, the tears spilled over.

"She didn't just try to kill herself just because of what Dillon said she's terrified that if she's alive, someone either you guys or us will get hurt," Karen gently said.

"Thats true Ross, remember she always said that. We don't want her to go either. We were, before this all happened, going to ask her to live here and be apart of this family," My dad said.

I couldn't stop crying," I can't let her leave! Let you take her! I haven't known her long and this seems like the dumbest thing but I don't care. I care soo much about her! Please don't take her away from me! I need her! I'm not just some stupid teenager that'll find some else and move on! Nobody in the world is like her! She's one of a kind! Nobody will ever take her place! Do not take her away from me! Please!" I pleaded.

I sat down in my chair and put my face in my hands. This can't be happening.

*Austin's POV*

I feel bad for Ross. He really does care about her. I know how he feels especially since we are around the same age. Maybe we shouldn't take Anna...
