Chapter 36

*Anna's POV*

Its late at night and since visiting hours are over, most of the Lynch's had to leave but they let one person stay. Ross. I'm so glad Ross is staying because for one I won't be so lonely, two hes amazing company, cheers me up and I love having him around. Now three is that I'm terrified to be alone. I mean I know my parents are locked up but still, they find a way.

"Ross?" I ask.

Ross looked up from his phone, he was on twitter," Yeah baby?"

"Are my parents locked up?" I asked. "I mean tightly locked up, no way to....get out?"

Ross nodded," Yes they are locked up. They won't be escaping and won't bother you again. On top of it all you also will be signing a restraining order so they can never come close to you in case they some how get parol in the future."

"A restraining order is just a piece of paper," I responded.

Ross looked at me with a mix of sympathy and reassurance," You have me and I will never let them hurt you again, ever. And neither will my family. We will make sure they'll never hurt you."

"Promise?" I looked at him in the eyes, frightened, not with him but with the situation and the fact everyone seems to ditch me.

"I swear. Do you think I'd ever run out on you?" He asked worried.

"No but I also thought about Karen and her kids...everyone ditches me, leaves me to die away, like leaving someone in the desert with nothing," I said looking at my hands. Well...hand.

"Anna, look at me," Ross says sternly. I look at Ross," I will never do that to you. You're worth more than you realise. Don't let what's happened in the past effect you. We're the future. You're future is in my family. Our family. The Lynch's."

I smiled. Ross kissed me after he said what he did. It was the sweetest thing anyone's ever said to me. Ever. We pulled apart after a few seconds," Thank you," I smile.

Ross smiled back and hugged me. Well I can't sit up really because. weak and if I do I may throw up so he basically half hugged and half just laid on me. He also kissed my cheek.

"Life is gonna change..." I said after Ross sat back down.

"What do you mean?"

"I have one arm...I can't do things like I used to like simple things like tie my shoes or whatever," I answered.

"I'll tie your shoes. I'll brush your hair. I'll put it in a pony tail. I'll curl you hair, straighten it. pick up anything that's too heavy or big. I'll fix anything needing fixed. I cook you something you can't cook with one arm, I'll do anything you need. We'll go through this together. I'll take care of you," Ross sweetly said.

I smile even bigger. I gestured him to come over and then I kissed him with all the passion I can. We pulled away but Ross kept his forehead to mine. "Anna..." Ross says slowly and a touch of nervousness.

"Yeah Ross?"

"I love you," Ross whispered.

My jaw dropped yet with a huge grin on my face, I pulled away and giggled," This is crazy! Amazing! Oh my gosh!"

Ross laughed," So do you have anything to say to me?"

I giggled," Yes! Thank you!"

Ross looked stunned yet had a small smirk on his face and nodded. I shook my head to stop my giggles," I mean, I love you too."

Ross looked grinning," Really?"

"Yes of course! From what we've been through in such a short time! What like 3 weeks! Good grief!" I laughed.
