Chapter 52

*Anna's POV*

I finally look back up and at all of them. "You do love me? How do i know history wont repeat its self?"

"Because look at us. We never look at you like you're a wounded animal. Notice how Karen and her kids did and look what happened? We went there, they apologized and now you have a funny feeling and you feel it wasn't sincere. We love you Anna, nothing has changed and never will," Riker say walking over to me and kneeling in front of me.

I stare at him and think, that is true. Ive never seen or felt them look at me like a wounded animal.

"Plus we've none stop been trying to help you get through this. We don't care to tie your shoes or whatever. If we didn't love and care about you, we wouldn't be around. Your parents broke into our house and hit you and Ross in the head and cut off your arm! We're still here! We're never gonna leave your side Anna," Ryland says also walking over.

"And you're our baby sister! Not counting Ross, that'd be weird," Rydel says stepping forward.

"Plus girl you're my bestie!" Ratliff says all ghetto and sassy.

"And you're our daughter," Mark and Stormie said at the same time.

"And you're my sloth twinzie!" Rocky exclaims.

I press my lips tightly together and slightly smile. i look down.

"So will you stay? Please please," Ross begged.

I refused to look at any of them," I- i don't know. I cant- i'm too scared."

"No! don't leave me!" Ross cried out making me flinch.

I scoot back a little again," I-I'm sorry."

Ross starts to break down and everyone seems to try to hold it in. I stand up and walk back a little," Can i get through? I'm too scared..."

Everyone looked to the floor and made a path for me to my bunk. I walk through nervously.

"Im sorry, I'm scared....i need...you guys," I say standing by my bunk.

Everyone's head shot up and looked up at me,"Really? Does that mean you'll stay?" Riker asks.

I slowly nod. Everyone freaks out and cheers, a little to much i mean, I'm not that special.

Everyone starts walking up to me to hug and crowd around me, i back up. They stop," Sorry, we're just happy you're staying," Rydel says.

I nod," Its fine...How about you guys go to bed?"

"I think thats a great idea, come on guys. Aren't you going to sleep? Mark asks.

I shake my head," No i don't want to. I don't want the nightmares. its okay, ill be fine guys, just go to sleep."

They all hesitate but i finally talk them into just going to bed. Except Ross though, he wouldn't budge. So we went into the living room area and closed the curtain.

Ross walks to me, i jump. "No no its okay, i will never hurt you i swear,"

I stand stiffly has puts his hand lightly on my shoulder," Its okay, just relax. I love you. Nothing will change that, its okay."

I loosen up a little but I'm still nervous and stiff though. Ross slowly walks a little closer and puts his hand on my back, i stiffen a little more.

He gently rubs my back," Shhh you're okay."

Im not crying anymore but i feel like it and i think Ross can tell. I step closer and hug Ross, i knew Ross was surprised but he hugged me back right away, tightly and comforting.
