*Anna's POV*

After I put everything back into the box, Ross and I went to his and Rylands room to watch Romeo and Juliet. I need my mind off everything for a little bit.

Ryland walks in," Hey Rydel said I can sleep in her room so you guys can be alone so....Ross you own me! Sleeping in a room full of pink and Hello Kitty. Good grief."

I laughed," Thanks Ryland."

"Yeah thanks bro, I do owe you," Ross smiled.

"You're welcome, see ya," Ryland walked out.

"Well start the movie home sauce!" I exclaimed.

Ross laughed," Okay okay it's starting."

I snuggled up to Ross while we watched Romeo and Juliet. We also ate the many snacks I tricked him into. Hehe. But this day started great, turned horrible, and Ross made it better again.

It always knows how to cheer me up. Even in the worst possible scenario. I love this boy! I'm so lucky to have him and his family with me and treat me like their family.

I haven't felt that way since the Hawaii trip because of what happened...I can never talk about it...it was...horrible...worst than everything bad that's happened to me in my life....

After the movie ended Ross and I put away all the snacks and sat on his bed.

"I will protect you..." Ross randomly said.

"What?" I looked at him.

"No matter what, if your parents try to kill me, I will protect you. I hate them if I ever saw them, I'd kill them." Ross said starting to get a little angry not with me though.

"Ross, don't get worked up about it when they haven't....come....yet. But thank you. All I can say is be careful, trust me they will find out." I tried to calm down Ross. I then suddenly realized they can find out easily I'm in L.A that is if they haven't already...

"And to help the chances of them not finding as easily if they don't know yet...I'm gonna quit my recording contract..." I can't believe my parents are ruining my life and their not even trying!

"Wh-what? You can't! Why would you want to do that?" Ross panicked.

"Ross if I become famous they'd know I'd be in L.A and if word gets out I'm staying with you...it'll just help them. Especially since I don't know how they find out everything like who I stay with, or who helps me." I started to get upset. I can't believe this! I thought everything would get better but they've only gotten worst!

I'm putting these amazing people in danger because of my stupidity and I have to give up on my dreams because I'm afraid it'll just help my parents hunt me down! I HATE MY MOTHER AND FATHER SO MUCH!

"A-Anna no you can't let them do this to you!" Ross started to tear up.

"I can because they'll find us! And they will kill us," I started to tear up too.

"No Anna don't. I honestly hope they come so I can kill them for all of this! Please Anna please don't give up this chance of a lifetime...please," Ross begged.

"Ross I-" Ross cut me off.

"Don't quit your contract. I won't anything happen to you or us." Ross looked right into my eyes, about to cry.

"I have to take a sacrifice Ross, I can't take chances like this. I can't put your family even more at risk," Tears started to pore over. I tell ya, you cry once after 7 years you cry again.

"Anna..." Ross said," Don't cry."

Ross hugged me while I cried in his arms," I have to Ross...I have too."

"I don't think you should because of us baby. We are here for you, you shouldn't have to take a sacrifice like giving up something you've worked for your entire life!" I felt Ross starting to cry and I feel terrible.

"I'll be okay Ross, I like sports....I'll play sports I guess. I play basketball, soccer, volleyball and surf...." I said trying to come up with something else to do since I'm quitting Hollywood Records...I've come so close and my parents ruin it Not even trying.

"I'm so sorry baby I'm so sorry..." Ross said. I felt his tears dropping on my head.

I look up at him and his eyes were watery and red," Ross, don't cry about this I won't die. I may have had to quit but I'm gonna be okay I swear," I comforted Ross. I feel sick to my stomach about making him so upset.

"O-okay...baby do you wanna goto sleep?" Ross asked calming down.

"Yeah...you don't have to if you don't wanna, I mean if you're not tired..." I replied.

"Okay I'm gonna go downstairs for a little bit I'll be right back up to cuddle up with you," Ross said.

Ross pulled his covers up on his bed and tucked me in," Goodnight babe, I'm so sorry."

"Don't be sorry Ross really and goodnight baby," I yawned.

Ross kissed my forehead for a few seconds. With that I fell asleep having a nightmare again.

*Ross's POV*

I can't believe this! Anna is giving up her dream because of her asshole parents! I thought I couldn't hate them anymore but trust me they broke the scale.

"This is unbelievable!" I yelled when I got to the living room.

"What is? And be a little quieter, mom and dad are asleep." Riker said.

"Anna is quitting Hollywood Records! She's quitting her singing career!" I exclaimed close to tears of anger again.

Riker jumped up," WHAT! WHY?"

"She's smart, she realized that it'd help her parents find her easier and it could get out that we are helping her! She said it's especially dangerous since we don't know how her parents find out everything. I can't believe her parents are ruining her dream without even trying! I'm gonna kill them I swear!" I was beyond mad that Anna has to do this.

Nobody should ever have to go through this! Ever!

"Oh my God, what'd you say?" Riker exclaimed.

"I begged her not to. She's been wanting and working for this her entire life Riker! I said I'd protect her and us no matter what and to not leave Hollywood Records. She said she can't and won't take a risk putting us in more danger than we already are!" I started to tear up again.

"That's not right. We have to convince her to not leave. We have to!" Riker said.

Rocky walked in," Hey I just heard everything, she can't quit we have to help her!"

I started to cry and Riker hugged me and Rocky rubbed my back to comfort me," Why are her parents so horrible," I cried.

"I-i don't know bro. But we are gonna do whatever we can to help her and get her parents out of the picture trust me," Riker comforted.

"Yeah, we'll figure something out. Ill tell everyone else tomorrow so we can make a plan. Did Anna say when she's gonna tell her music producer she's leaving?" Rocky asked.

"She has to go in to record tomorrow so I'd imagine then but I don't know what time," I sniffed trying to stop crying pulling away from Riker.

"Okay just incase let's all get up extra early wake up at 7:00. Wake up everyone else. Ross, since you're sleeping with Anna try to some how wake up without an alarm that'll wake her up. We wake Mom and Dad up too so they can help, okay?" Riker ordered.

Rocky and I nodded," Okay I'm goin to bed I guess, goodnight," I mumbled and trudged upstairs.

I curled up to Anna who was fast asleep. I'm gonna make sure she won't quit recording...We have to convince her to keep going.
