Chapter 55

*Ross's POV*

"Hey guys. So we have decided to do a personal interview with R5 first, so lets get you guys ready," Becca, our interviewer announces.

We all nod, Anna goes into the green room while Mom, Dad, Rydel, Riker, Rocky, Ratliff, Ryland and i go get our hair and make up done. Becca decided to have Mom and Dad join in.

I was the first to have my hair and make up done so i walk into the green room to spend some time with Anna before the interviews. "Hey baby, whatcha doin'?"

Anna looks up from her phone," Nothin, just scrolling through Twitter and instagram."

Anna locks her phone and puts it down on the coffee table in front of her. Anna is sitting on a big black leather sofa. I plop down, put my arm around her and look around the room.

The room is about the same size as my dressing room on the Austin and Ally set. The walls are tan, there is a flat screen TV hanging on the wall and a snack table and a mini fridge.

Anna takes a sip of her water and i ask," You nervous?"

Anna shakes her head," Not really, its not a big deal really. Ill go in, they ask questions and i answer them, thats it."

I nod," Well I'm glad you're not nervous and you're right, it isn't a big deal at all. But just know, they'll probably ask you some personal questions or ones that'll be hard to answer. Im not trying to make you nervous, I'm just warning you and if you don't wanna talk about something in particular or its to hard then just say i cant answer that or whatever."

Anna nods," Okay, good luck with your interviews. Are they doing ones individual to you guys?"

"Yeah I'm pretty sure. It'll be fun, i like doing interviews, unless the interviewer person is mean, then i dont like it," i make a goofy smile.

Anna giggles and sits back, i do the same. "So hows it been? Like you know, living with one arm?" I ask out of tge blue.

Anna frowns," Terrible, i can barely do anything myself, i get frustrated just brushing my teeth and its been like 2 months."

"Its gonna get easier," I comfort. I wasn't going to say its actually been 2 and a half months....

"So far no its not. Its been actually over two months, whens it gonna get easier Ross?" Anna's eyes start to look watery.

I look down and shake my head," I don't know baby. You're doing the best you can and theres no manual in the world to prepare you to lose you arm and teach you how to live with the trauma of how you lost your arm. But i'm helping you and my family is helping you, don't stress so much about it," I put my hand lightly on Anna's head and bring her down to lay her head on my chest, i continue to lightly rub her back with my finger tips," I don't know how to really teach you to cope with all this, i don't know what it feels like. But i know for a fact, you're doing a good job, better than i ever would."

I look down at Anna and she slightly smiles," Thanks Ross."

We sit there in silence until Mom comes in and says its time for my interview with everyone. I stand up and hug Anna, i walk out as she sits back down.

*Unknown's POV*

"You hear the news?" My wife asks.

"What news?" I ask.

"Anna is going to do interviews and hold nothing back,"

I slam my fists on the table and whirl around," WHAT!"

"Yup, im as pissed as you are. Inside edition made a special trip here to Flordia just for her interview with her, Riker, Rydel, Rocky, Ross, Ryland and their mom and dad," My wife scowls yet looks blank and angry at the same time.
