#24 concert

A/N: I can't even tell you how I feel right now. THE CONCERT YESTERDAY WAS INSANE. Definitely the best concert i've ever been to. I couldnt stop smiling the whole night. Shawn is so incredibly gorgeous and talented, wow. Can't put it into words, honestly!

Anyways, I hope you like this one. There will be a part 2 when you do, so let me now by leaving some likes and comments. I love you all a lot!

          

Twenty minutes. Only twenty minutes left until the concert would start. Until you would see your favourite person in the whole world live for the first time. When you had entered the arena about an hour ago you were overwhelmed. Every seat was taken as you made your way through the rows up to row 7, yours.

As you had arrived you just couldn't believe how close you were to the stage. Now James TW had just left the stage which made you even more pumped for Shawn. The minutes passed by and soon the lights went low. You screamed your heart out and let a few tears slip as the music started playing.

And finally. There he was. Standing a couple meters away from you, looking incredibly gorgeous and sounding insanely good. But what else did you expect. Now that he was right I front of you, you couldn't stop smiling. Although you couldn't really believe this was happening.

After a couple song of singing as loud as you could and listening closely to every word he said you kind of realized how some of the girls around you kept starring at you. You tried not to let it bother you but you were really confused. When you even caught some of them filming you it made it even worse but you figured to ignore them and to focus only on Shawn and no one else.

When Shawn did a little speech about his song a little too much just stared at him smiling in aww at his perfection. Suddenly he winked at you. At you?? You must have imagined that. But then you felt the eyes of the girls right next to you on yourself. You've eventually had enough and turned around to them. "What's wrong? Why do you keep staring at me?" They looked at you in disbelieve and one of them spoke up. "Do you not notice it?"

"What?!" you asked even more confused.
"He keeps looking at you! Literally, at you. Everyone around here is noticing it!"
You didn't know what to say. She must be kidding. There's no way Shawn Mendes spotted you in the crowed. But as you focused back on the stage and on him, you couldn't get that thought out of your mind and eventually noticed it too.

Did he really just smile down at you? He could also smile at the girl next to you tight? Or maybe he can't even see that far and just looks somewhere without knowing who he's looking at.  Even though you didn't believe it you did get a little nervous and blushed whenever you had the feeling he was looking at you again.

After a while Shawn grabbed his mic and asked the crowd to be quiet. Excited you listened to what he would say. "Well, tonight we're gonna do something special. The next song will be Never Be Alone but I spontaneously decided I'd get one of you guys to come on stage and sing it with me." That was all he needed to say for the crowd to go wild. Curious of who he'd choose to sing with him you kept listening to him instead of screaming. When he spoke up again everyone instantly went quiet.

"I already chose one girl and I hope she'll agree to coming on stage." Then he pointed at you. "Will you sing with me?"

You stopped in your tracks. You didn't move, neither could you hear or feel anything. You just realized how the girls around you started pushing you towards the stage as you wouldn't move yourself. A security guard lifted you up over the fence in front of the stage. You still couldn't move. Suddenly there was an arm reaching out for you. You looked up and it was Shawn, only centimetres away.

"Give me your hand" you heard him say. So you grabbed for it and he helped you up the small steps and onto the stage. He didn't let go of your hand until you reached his mic where someone came from backstage to give you one for yourself.

As you looked up you almost fainted as you saw all these people in front of you. You finally realized what was happening. You were standing next to Shawn Mendes, on stage, abut to sing to thousands of people. Suddenly you felt Shawn lean in a little next to you. "I really hope this is okay for you. But I figured this was the only way I could get closer to you tonight. What's your name?" he asked. "Y/n" you answered, still in shock of what he had just said. Why on earth would Shawn Mendes want to be close to you?

"Give it up for y/n guys!" Shawn announced before he started playing the first chords. As he started to sing you couldn't get any words our o your mouth. But right before the chorus started Shawn turned to face you while he was singing and eventually you began to sing back to him. You kept looking in his eyes while the notes came out of your mouth and you didn't pay attention to anything but him.

He stared back at you and kept smiling all throughout the song and when he played the last chords and the crowd lost it he came closer to you and whispered in your ear "This was beautiful, thank you so much for singing with me."

Then he walked you to where you entered the stage and the security guard lifted you back to the other side of the fence. As you walked to your seat you felt everyone's eyes on you but your thoughts where still on stage with Shawn and what he said to you before you sang together.

You must be dreaming, you thought to yourself. This can't possibly be true.
