It was a total humiliation for Voldemort. I really hate him, but not to the extent that I will threaten him. I never—once in my life—did that to him. I still love the guy. I know. It was stupid of me.

I know I should move on but I couldn't. Paano ba kasi mg-move on? Nabu-bwisit na ako sa lifestyle ko e. Magmumukmok. Iiyak. Magpapakalunod sa alak. Wait, that sounds weird.

I sighed. How did we end up like this? One day, he's still mine. The next day, he was head over heels inlove. And then the other day? He just kissed another woman!

And now? I want a proper closure. But I just can't bring myself to him. I just can't talk to him after what he did! I was so d-amn hurt—no, wait—I am hurt!

Another tear fell. He was lucky to have me. We're both happy and then one day, that happened. Screw that Cumia girl! I hate what she did.

Then my phone rang. Oh. May tumatawag sa Viber. Hindi ko na pinunasan ang luha ko. I am a mess but my family and friends still loves me. They all know what I'm going through right now. My physical appearance doesn't matter.

"Hello?," kasi walang pangalan 'yung tumawag e. Number lang. Mukhang international number ata 'to e.

And I was really shocked when I saw the caller's face! It was Gray. And beside him was Amber. Nah, I don't think so. Mang-aasar lang 'to, pustahan.

"Xyleen, you look like a sh-t," Gray said. See? He didn't even bother to say Hi or Hello. He just said that. Nakakainis.

[Gray, stop it. She's dealing with a lot of things! Stop messing around.]

I just smiled. I seriously don't know how to react. God, this was hard! I couldn't imagine that this would happen. But I know, You have a reason for this. I trust You, Lord God. Be with me. Stay with me, God. Lead me, Lord.

"What? I just state the obvious!"

[Ugh, don't be oblivious! Are you dense, Kuya?]

"Are you really calling me Kuya inspite of all the shoutings you made?"

Okay. Kailangan ko na umeksena. Amber was taken aback and as I see, I have to speak up.

"Hey, stop it. You two, you're not helping," and as I say that, tears were rushing down like a waterfall. I really have to stop this crying shts and everything. It just hurts, seriously.

"See? So, shut up Zana."

Amber looked at me, sympathetically. [You wanna talk about it?]

Bullcrap! Why is everybody asking me if I want to talk about that? Seriously! They are torturing me. God. I knew it all from the start. This is what love would bring to you. Pain, hatred, sadness, hurt. Everything!

But since Amber was a nice friend, I answered nicely.

"Thanks for the concern, Amber. I'm fine. Tama na muna sa usapang 'yon. I need a break."

"Yeah. And a make-over also."

Amber threw him dagger stares. I smiled a little. Gray wasn't kidding. I seriouly need that one.

"What now, Zana? Come on, she needs it! Look at her. She looks like a zombie. Seriously, Xyleen, you're scary."

I smiled. Alam ko naman 'yun e. "Alam ko 'yan, Gray."

"Try considering my suggestion. Zana will surely accompany you."

Amber nodded. [Of course, I would!]

"Thank you. Let's do it next time. Let me cool down first."

[Yeah, sure.]

Bigla kong naalala 'yung number na gamit nila. Ugh, I don't want to talk and I'm not in the mood to talk but my curiosity is killing me, so I should ask—no—I have to ask. "Amber, international number ba ang gamit nyo? Where are you?"

Gray smirked and Amber was.. shock? I frowned. Bakit? Anong meron?

"Amber? What's wrong?," I asked her. She seemed.. troubled? Puzzled? Dazed? Confused? Oh, cut the crap, Xyleen! Wala ka sa katinuan and yet you expect others to bear with you. Ugh. I really need to see a Psychiatrist. May sira na ata ang pag-iisip ko. I need a break from all of this. Mas nagiging paranoid na ako!

[Nothing. Gray, talk to her. I'll just.. go to the bathroom.]

Gray smirked. "Now you asked a wrong question. That was out of line, Dominguez."

I seriously don't have any idea! Ano bang alam ko diba? Gosh! Mukhang may bago akong iisipin mamaya bago ako matulog. E, silang lahat nga gusto akong mag-open up tungkol sa nangyari e. My cousins even talked to him earlier, nag-walk out ba ako?

Maybe we're just different. Stupid me.

"Whatever I said, I didn't mean it. And I seriously have no idea with her issues. Ano bang alam ko? Wala naman e."

"Yeah. Even when your boyfriend's cheating, you don't know. Aren't you fully aware of that? Minahal ka ba talaga ng boyfriend mo?"

Gusto ko siyang sampal-sampalin at sigaw-sigawan dahil sa huling tanong na lumabas sa bibig niya pero hindi ko magawa. Nakakatawa kasi 'yung Tagalog accent niya and I can't help it. I can't suppress my laugh so, I let it out. I laugh carefree, loud and real.

God. Si Gray lang pala makakapag-patawa sa'kin!

"Anyare? Day, oh. Nakatawa si Xyleng," hindi makapaniwalang sabi ni Anthony. Yung iba kong pinsan, di makapagsalita. Nakatingin lang sila. Pwe, nagtakbuhan pa sila, narinig lang akong tumawa. I shrugged. Bahala sila dyan. Nakatawa ako, thanks to Gray.

"Did I say something funny? My questions are offensive, yet you are laughing. Are you crazy?"

Gosh, hindi ako maka-get over sa Tagalog accent niya! Ang cute kasi pakinggan!

"Woman, you're really amusing the hell out of me. You looked like a zombie but you laugh like a witch. What are you, really?"

Nailing ako habang tumatawa. "I'm a human, Gray." I can't stop myself from laughing so hard.

Ilang araw ko ring hindi nagawa 'yun. Lahat ng pinagdaanan ko? It was no laughing matter. Hindi biro lahat 'yun. But I guess something good was bound to happen.

"You don't look like one. Ypu look like a zombie. You don't laugh like a human, you laugh like a witch. Ugh, enlighten me, Dominguez. What creature are you?"

The video call lasted for an hour and oh wait. It was still on-going! My cousins? Pumasok na sa loob. Bahala sila mag-isip ng kung ano. Basta ako? Napatawa ako ni Gray.

"I hate to say this but I really need to drop the call now. I still have some errands to attend to."

I eagerly nodded. Grabe 'yung naitulong nung humor ni Gray! Super overwhelmed ako.

"Thank you for making me laugh, Gray," I sincerely said, with a smile before he dropped the call.

I will go to the farm for the horse-back riding with a light mood. Thanks to Gray Hadlon.
