Roses POV

" Roza, please wake up. Roza, roza, wake up. Please. I can lose you now. I just got you. Please Roza, I love you" I heard someone repeating, over and over. I look around and see I'm in someplace, it's white.

I see some shadows forming, and then I see...."MOM, DAD!" I scream, running to them " Hey, baby girl. How are you" mom ask " I'm fine. Mom, dad, I miss you so much." " We miss you to, but don't ever forget, we will always be with you, watching over you. You're never alone" dad said

" What happened" I ask " When you got hit with that car, your guardian was severely hirt. He was dying. He was almost dead. You saved him rose, you. You two are now bonded. He is shadow kissed" my mom explained

" What. What's that?" I ask " Being shadow kissed means that one is mentally connected to a spirit user. You. Usually the mental attachment is referred to as a bond.When the person dies, if a spirit user heals them to full health right after, it pulls their soul back from the Land of the Dead. The person's soul is forever branded by the land of the dead. If the shadow-kissed person kills, they are plagued with ghosts from the other world constantly unless the person places a mental barrier around themselves or is inside a Ward. They can be freed from the spirit bond if they are hurt in a life threatening way and survive with no spirit induced healing at all." My mom said

"When the spirit user uses spirit, the negative effects from that build up in the spirit user and then pushed into the shadow kissed or, in some situations, even pulled into the shadow-kissed by the shadow-kissed to save the spirit user from doing bad things to themselves or someone else. The shadow-kissed can eventually go mad if they constantly take the darkness from the spirit user they're bonded with. St . Vladimir is a spirit user. Back then, people knew about this strange and rare fifth element. He was bonded to Anna. That is where she got the name shadow kissed Anna " my dad said

" Rose, baby, you need to go back. Go back to Lissa. Go back to Dimitri. We know you love him, and we know he loves you." My mom said " We love you sweetheart, always remember that" dad said, and I started to drift back to conciseness.

DIMITRI POV

" Hey Comrade" I hear Rose " Rose! You're awake. Oh god, I never thought you'd wake up." I told her. She laughed " you ain't getting rid of me that easily" " Why you do it. Why did you save me. I should've died. And how?" I asked her.

She told me about the meeting with her parents, and me now being shadow kissed. I'm bonded to Rose. " they said you would be the perfect guardian for me." " Roza, I will always be your guardian, I love you" I told her, leaning down and kissing her forehead.

" What the hell!" I jumped up and saw Vasilissa " Princess Vasilissa, I can explain" I say " Rose! How could you not tell me. I'm your sister! How could you keep this from me!" " Lissa, I'm sorry. We just, well, it started before the crash" Rose told her

" Fine. And Dimitri, I may look small, but if you hurt her, I will hint you down and make you suffer" she said glaring at me. I never thought she could look scary but right then, she did.

" Princess, I would never hurt my Roza, I love her with all my heart" " Good. And call me Lissa" she said going back to her perky self.

Someone walks in and puts there arm around Lissa " Hey Chris" "hey liss" " Damn, what happened to rosie?" The boy asked " Shut up Pyro, I'm not in the mood right now" Rose says

He looks at me and then leans in and whispers something to Lissa. " Oh, right. Christian, this is Demitri Belikov, Roses guardian and bondmate, Dimitri, this is Christian Ozera, my boyfriends" Lissa says. I get up to shake his hand
