Before we start I would just like to say
HAPPY PRIDE MONTH.
Today is actually pansexual pride, that pretty cool.
Any of you pansexual?
Anyway onwards to the actual point.

So if you don't know I have some exams coming up, nothing major (even though the school makes it seem like the biggest deal of your life).
Just some normal end of year tests to assess how we are doing.
You know normal school  work.
So you are given this thing called a half term to revise (a week of holiday that happens between every term to brake up the school year)
And of corse my parents got mad, even though I have been doing like 3 hours a day, that's a lot of a petty end of year exam in my opinion.
And I would just like to say something.

Dear Mother,
Revision,
Hell, absolute hell.
I try my best but you yell.
Saying I haven't done enough, but I have done more revision then my friends sister who is currently doing GCSE's.
And don't play the 'I don't care what other people are doing I care what you are doing, you should compare yourself'
Cause that is bull shit.
You know in 5 minutes you will compare me to my sister.
No matter what, sister this, sister that, just shut up.
Let me be my own person, just for a second.
Let me not live in her shadow.
Cause I'm trying, my sister is smart, academic.
I'm creative and don't have the longest attention span.
So it's difficult.
The most revision I can do is 30 minutes.
And then brakes in between, doing that from 2pm-7pm actually doesn't equal that much revision.
Oh and don't you dare say you need to check something.
At the beginning of my 25 minute brake you walse in doing more revision with me, weather that is going over maths questions, correcting my spelling, doing flash cards with me.
And don't you dear say I have had my brake.
That is just more revision, cause you know what, I really wanna hide in this corner of my bedroom and just watch a nice episode of anime and then do a little more revision.
But no you are going to rock my time table about.

So I don't have the guts to say this to you, so I'll vent my feeling on the Internet.

~Sammy
