Chapter 10
*Next Day*
Jay's POV:
"Jay! Get up! You have to get ready for school!" I heard my mom yell, banging loudly on my door.
"Go away!" I screamed, not wanting to get up. Then my door swung open. I felt a pair of muscular hands pull the warm covers off my body.
"Jay, sweetie. If you get up, I'll take you to the mall after school." I heard a voice that sounded like my dad's.
"Fine," I mumbled. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom, rubbing my eyes.
"I hate waking up," I mumbled to myself as I was turning the faucet. I took a damp washcloth and washed my face when it got hot enough. I went to my closet and grabbed a cropped t-shirt that said 'SCHOOL SUCKS!' on the front, my favorite pair of blue jeans, and my faded brown Uggs. I went downstairs, my hair still a mess, to grab some cereal. I got to the kitchen and made myself some cereal. I quickly ate it and went back upstairs to fix my hair and brush my teeth. I checked my phone and grabbed my bag.
"Dad! Are you driving us to school?!" I yelled as I was walking out the front door. No answer. I got in the car, annoyed.
Justin's POV:
I was on the phone with Scooter. We were talking about Jay. I was wondering about that boy she was with. Who was he? I don't want my daughter dating at 13. It's too young, too young to have you heartbroken.
Y/N's POV:
It's 7:36. They should be gone by now. I look outside. Justin's car was still there, with Jay and Jenny in the car. I look for Justin.
"Babe, your daughters, are waiting for you," I say when I find him on the phone. He looks at me, almost surprised.
"Sorry, Scooter. I gotta go drop off my princesses at school." He said into the phone. He hangs up.
"Bye, my queen." He said to me. I smile.
Jenny's POV:
We've been waiting in the car for five minutes. Where the hell is dad?! I hear the house door open. Finally.
"About time, dad," I said, annoyed.
"Sorry, princess." He said.
"Can we just get to school?" Jay said anxiously. What's her deal?
*at school*
Jay's POV:
We finally got to school. I had to find Jason. I think I like him. Wait, I know I like him. I didn't find him outside the building. I walked into the hall. What I saw horrified me. It couldn't be. No, I was dreaming. But it was real. I saw Maddie and Jason kissing. I felt tears coming into my eyes. I couldn't let them fall. I sucked them up and walked to class. Idiot. Why would Jason like me? Because my last name is Bieber? I'm ugly. I'm not confident. I don't have a life outside of school, dance or soccer. I don't have time for a boyfriend. Why should I even care? Jason sees me as a friend. That's it.
Jason's POV:
I was locking lips with Maddie. She was an awful kisser. I bet Jay was better. But Maddie was my girlfriend. I had to move on from Sierra. From the corner of my eye. I saw Jay. She looked like she was about to cry. Were she and Maddie friends? Was I kissing her friend? I felt so bad. I had to talk to her.
