Chapter 54
*Same scene as last chapter*
Jay's POV:
I was eating my tasty breakfast being confused out of my mind.
"Okay. I gotta go to the studio." Dad said, standing up and carrying his plate into the kitchen. I finish my plate and do the same.
"When's your tour?" I ask and Dad seemed shocked by the question.
"W-Why would you ask that?" He stuttered.
"Why do you think?" I put the dish in the sink and face him.
"I'll talk about it when I get home." He runs out the door, ignoring my questions that follow.
"What the hell was that?" Jenny ask as I stand frozen in place.
"I don't know." I manage to breath out. I feel a pair of soft hands on my shoulders. I turn around and it's Mom.
"Wanna go shopping?" She smiles warmly. I nod and Jenny's face lits up.
"Can I browse for laptops?" She asks. My parents have a trdidtion where as soon as summer comes and you do well in school when your eleven. You can have up to three eletronics. Summer is only a few weeks away.
"Sure." My mom chuckles. I grab my wallet and Jenny and I race to the car.
*At the mall*
Jay's POV:
The first place we stopped at was the Apple Store. Jenny looked at twenty different models of phones and laptops. This girl is obsessed with Apple products.
"Jenny, I'm bored." I want to get the hell out of here.
"Where do you wanna go?" She questioned, walking out of the store with me.
"Food Court?" I walk into a busy food court with various restaurants. My eyes lit up when a McDonalds come into view.
