Chapter 34
Jenny's POV:
"J-Jenny I-I'm s-so s-sorry." He stutters as he tried to hug me but I reject him. I race to the bathroom. I see a big bruise forming. I feel my phone vibrating so I take it out as I read the caller ID. It was Jason. I answer and put my phone to my ear.
Jason- Hey babygirl. What's up?
Jenny- N-Nothing. *sniffles*
Jason- What's wrong, sweetie?
Jenny- I-I gotta go.
*End of convo*
I see my dad in my bathroom and looking at my face. Seeing the bruise, he puts cold water on it.
"I'm so sorry, princess." He says as he applies pressure on it.
"O-ow." I say but not pulling away.
"Sorry babygirl." He says pulling away examining my bruise again.
"Okay. It'll take a few days to heal." He says, hugging me tight.
"I'm sorry Daddy." I sob. As soon as he hears this he pulls away.
"What are you sorry for baby?" He saids staring straight into my eyes. I don't say anything fast enough.
"This was not your fault Jenny." He saids sternly. I smile and whisper a faint thank you in his ear.
