Chapter 42
Y/N's POV:
After breakfast I told Justin I would check on Jay. I got to her room and the door was cracked open. I saw her face down on the pillow mumbling words to herself. I picked up "family", "hates me" and "stupid". I was shocked. Did she really think her family hates her? I wanted to cry but I didn't. I knocked on the door.
"Jay?" I said while opening the door.
"What do you want?" She mumbled.
"Are you okay? Do you need me to check your temperature?" I asked in motherly concerned voice.
"Go away." She mumbled.
"Okay." I said and left. I went over to Justin who was cleaning the dishes.
"What did she say baby?" Justin asked, elbow deep in soap and dirty dishes.
"Stomach's bothering her." I lie. I knew if I told him the truth, he would go crazy, defending his choice to not allow
the girls to go on tour with him. I still think the action was way too harsh.
