*at school*
Justin's POV:
I was dropping the kids off at school and the minute Jay gets out of the car, she goes over to a boy and kisses him on the cheek. She has a boyfriend! I started to get angry but I just drive off. I got home and Y/N was still here.
"Y/N, babe. Can you come here for a second?" I called to her.
"Yes, babe. What is it?" She said as she walked into the living room.
"I saw Jay and a boy. They were kissing." I said trying to be calm.
"Justin. Jay's smart. Trust her." Y/N said fully calm.
"Y/N. I'm not letting my daughter get her heart broken this young." I said.
"Would it make you feel better if this boy came over for dinner to get to know him better?" She asked.
"Completely." I said.
"Then that's what we'll do." She said ending the conversation by kissing me on the lips.
Y/N's POV:
Justin and I were talking and it seems Jay has a boyfriend. Young love, it's cute. But Justin, being the protective father he is, does not trust him. I suggested we invited this boy over for dinner. Honestly, I'm not comfortable with Jay dating this young but Jay's smart. She will not let a guy break her heart.
