Chapter 47
Y/N's POV:
I rented a hotel for the night with the girls. Jenny had twenty messages and calls from Justin telling her how sorry he was and that he never do it again. I'm not taking any chances. I love him but my kids are my number one priority. If I feel like they are in danger, I'm going to remove them from that situation. I was sitting on the couch watching when Jay snapped me from the tv.
"Mom?" She said, looking like she was about to cry.
"Yes?" I said, hugging her and rubbing her back. She said a sentence that I never thought would come out of her mouth after what happened to her sister.
"I miss Dad." She sobbed into my shirt. I tried to comfort her because the truth was, I missed him too. Don't ask why.
"I know sweetie." I whispered and a silent tear fell down my face.
Justin's POV:
I was making lunch for myself since Y/N had taken the kids somewhere for who knows how long. I had called and texted Jenny to apologize with no response.
My face was still tear stained even though it was two in the afternoon. I tried to eat but realized I wasn't hungry. I threw the unfinished ham and cheese sandwich in the trash and watched tv since there was no point in calling or texting them. Did they really give up on me?
