1 day until Christmas

I woke up in the morning gasping because there was a boy on the other side of my bed. Then I remembered it was just Lewis. I guess I woke him up as well because he groaned and said such a typical line for him
'Five more minutes muummm'
I chuckled and pushed him out of the bed.
"Oooiii!" He chuckled, poking his head over the top of the bed. He jumped onto the bed and tackled me to the floor. I yelped and we both lay there in a mess on the floor, laughing.
"Now get off me." I stopped laughing and pushed him off me.

Lewis's P.O.V:
I smiled as she pushed me off her. She looked so cute, in her little bunny onesie, her hair a wavy mess. I guess I was trying to get with her. Megan did ditch me for Liam, after all. Did I just want a girlfriend? Maybe. But I mean it's Daisy freaking Nikton. Popular for a bad reason, actually really adorable once you get to know her. So lovable honestly, why did I ever hate her? Honestly how did she ever like me. After a while she got up, grabbed a change of clothes and went to get changed.
"Get changed you tall bean." I chuckled and crawled around to find my clothes. I found them after a while: My twenty one pilots band top, my black skinny jeans and my black hoodie. I haven't worn this outfit in a while, my popular friends said 'Oh you can't wear those stupid things, too emo'. Honestly I don't care now. I got changed and sat on Daisy's bed, scrolling through my phone until she came running back.
"I FORGOT I HAVE TO GO TO JUNES IN HALF AN HOUR."

Daisy's P.O.V:
Sure, half an hour is plently enough. But still! I need to pack all my stuff! The next half hour I spent rushing around, piling all my stuff into my rucksack with the help of tall bean aka lewis aka 'liam is cooler than me'. I quickly texted June, asking her if it was okay if Lewis came over as well. She said it was fine. Crap. 15 minutes to get there, it takes 20 on my bike... I slung my bag over my shoulder and ran outside with Lewis. We both grabbed out bikes and got on them, his hoodie and hair already half soaking and me, protected by my fabulous rain coat.

By the time we got to June's house we were both panting messes. Luckily we didn't see any of the monsters, or encounter them, or be brutally murdered by them. We parked our bikes outside her house and knocked on the door. Waiting... Waiting...
"YOOOOO PEEPS." The door opened and June pulled us both into a hug. We both laughed as she pulled us inside. Her house is so nice, so cozy and warm with no creepy atmosphere. Lewis went upstairs to change into a dry change of clothes, and me and June sat down on the sofa and just chatted.
"So whats going on between you and Lewis at the moment?" She smirked
"Nothing."
"Oh... Alright then. How about Be- Wait no-"
"He's flippin dead."
"No he's not."
"How do you know?!"
"I just do."
I rolled my eyes and Lewis came back downstairs. He tried to squeeze in between me and June and failed, instead sitting on the floor. We chatted for a while, about half an hour, having a great laugh. I was so happy...
Until I heard something. A knock at the door. The door opened and in stepped a man. Black hair, green eyes, dressed in a lab coat. June's father, I've seen him once before.
"Morning, girls." That voice... Where have I heard that voice?... "And... Lewis." He crooked his jaw into a twisted smile. it made me shudder. The way he looked at Lewis... "Your Lily's brother, correct? Oh, I know all about you!~"
"That's slightly creepy, but nice to meet you... um..."
"Johnathon, nice to meet you too."
"Dad." June said, looking sternly at her father.
"Right, right," June's dad took a few steps back and began to walk towards the basement door. The basement always creeped me out. "Bye children!" He said in a voice that just had weird vibes around it. Spooky dad.

Nightime. Lovely. So 'peaceful'. And by peaceful I mean the wind was loud a spoopy. Oooohh spooopppyyy. We had been saying that to each other all evening. We had been trying to creep each other out all night, and we succeeded. At some point June's dad called her downstairs and we hadn't seen her since, me and Lewis just made up stories about what would happen if we found Ben. If all these creepy things stopped happening. Fantasy is the only escape for a situation like this.
