The slow ominous clapping grew louder and louder. It gave LaGravis the worst feeling in his twenty three years of life while it only made Longtooth more curious. The noise stopped in one place and than started to surround them. It circled the two, the clapping becoming more of an echo but it sounded so close. LaGravis was starting to have a panic attack, Longtooth noticed this and hugged LaGravis close to his shoulder.

"Your going to be fine, love. Calm down..." Longtooth cooed softly but failing to relieve LaGravis of his sudden stress.

That's when a horrible, evil, devilish laugh began to appear along with the clapping noise this almost driven Longtooth of the cliff. He had enough.

"WHO ARE YOU?! COME OUT AND SHOW YOURSELF!!" Longtooth yelled walking around waving his weapon around.

"He's here..." LaGravis whispered but, it was loud enough for Longtooth to hear.

"...What?"

"He's found me...and now, he's going to punish me." LaGravis said his eyes void of color.

"LaGravis who is here!?" Longtooth had enough of this nonsense. He knows LaGravis has been though a lot of crap... no, more like living Hell but he was not going to a little laugh turn LaGravis into a psycho because his father specialized in tearing his mind apart all these years.

"I'm going to kill him..." the voice whispered. LaGravis and Longtooth both heard it. "You don't deserve him..." the voice spoke again. It was slick and dry, it sounded like it would belong to a wicked person.

"I don't deserve him..." LaGravis repeated over and over.

Longtooth noticed LaGravis's distress and was going to help him when LaGravis stood up and looked him dead in the eye. "Longtooth." LaGravis began. "We both know my father will kill you. I will be alone and I'm going STAY alone. I know you don't love me...you pity me. You know I'm broken, I'm like a husk. No personality, no emotions, no back story, no needs...only purpose, and that purpose was to kill those who question my authority and role as future king. I don't need love cause it will just hold me back...I don't need your pity because I...will always be alone. So, you leave and d-don't worry a-about me cause I-I'm LaGravis! S-son of Leo the lion king and YOU will b-bow down to me! I DON'T NEED YOU!" LaGravis yelled furiously as he stomped his foot on the ground.

Rain started to appear from the sky just as randomly as the clapping. It merged with LaGravis's tears bringing even more wetness to his face. Not to mention the rain made the jungle look more like the Amazonian forest. LaGravis hated it. The rain made all color around look dull while Longtooth's eyes were just illuminated by it. It made him look more alive. LaGravis doesn't know how that feels.

"LaGravis..." Longtooth smiled. He walked over to a log and sat down patting his hand down on the log beckoning him sit with him. LaGravis didn't see the point in this and sat down next to him. Longtooth was mentally crying to himself. LaGravis eyes look just as dull as when they first met. Tonight Longtooth saw that there was beauty to LaGravis. It was just hidden.

"I want to sing you something." Longtooth said cheerfully.

"I don't want to hear it." LaGravis bluntly.

Longtooth ignored him.

(LaGravis is girl, Longtooth is the guy)

After Longtooth finished the song the rain had seemed to get heavier and lighting immediately started when he finished. LaGravis didn't say anything. He just started to cry just as heavy as rain was falling and lunged at Longtooth pinning him on the ground. LaGravis kissed Longtooth passionately and kissed every inch of his face. "I LOVE YOU. YOU WERE RIGHT. I'M SORRY. I'M SORRY." LaGravis continued to kiss Longtooth passionately until Longtooth managed to snag a kiss and gave LaGravis the best one he could manage.

"I love you too." Longtooth said grinning into the kiss.

LaGravis and Longtooth completely forgot about the voice the clapping and any pain they once felt.
