Lavertus sat quietly on a low hanging branch of the hanging tree. LaGravis had shown Lavertus Lia'mere's body and surprisingly Lavertus wasn't really fazed by it. However, LaGravis knew that didn't mean his brother wasn't mourning. LaGravis did feel good knowing Lavertus can actually read by the tree peacefully knowing the body can't be removed. He seems to embrace his mother's presence. LaGravis climbed up on the tree placing Laval on the lap and looked at his brother. 'He's never this calm' LaGravis thought to himself as the Laval tried to eat a leaf. LaGravis smiled happily and gave Laval a proper toy he had in his pocket.

"Who's book is that?" LaGravis asked. Lavertus glanced for a good five seconds and smiled.

"Remember Casesha?" Lavertus whispered. LaGravis couldn't help but frown.

"Yeah...is that her journal?" LaGravis asked pointing at the book.

"Yep! She was quite the writer!" Lavertus chuckled as he flipped through a couple pages.

"I wish I could've done something..." LaGravis sighed. "Even when you and Longtooth were in danger I broke down if front of that monster...Guess I'm still his slave." LaGravis sadly chuckled. That's when Lavertus slammed the book closed and grabbed LaGravis's wrist tightly.

"Brother...you are stronger then him. I've seen it! I realized one faithful day that if you weren't so used to him giving you orders you could easily fight back." Lavertus said seriously. LaGravis frowned and thought of something to say but he couldn't think if a way to make an excuse for being a pushover to his father. Laval just bounced happily and tried to suck on his father's fingers. Lavertus couldn't help but chuckle and LaGravis let a hearty laugh. He enjoyed moments like these...where he could just sit down and talk not train his body twenty four seven.

Meanwhile..

Longtooth was Introduced to a secret hidden tunnel that LaGravis used to take when he was younger to get out of the gorge. Longtooth was surprised that his fiancee hid extra speedor's down there and decided to take one that seemed most stealthy. Longtooth drove out carefully and zoomed off to find what he was searching for. Longtooth had left to receive important information from a Fox none the less. Longtooth didn't exactly trust foxes but right now he didn't have a choice. Longtooth arrived at the entrance of the outlands and saw a ruby colored fox in green armor waving its tail slowly yet impatiently.

"Nice to see your as early as a bird." Longtooth said sarcastically.

"Two hours" the Fox said bluntly.

"What?"

"I got here two hours before you." The Fox turned around the reveal two illuminating golden eyes.

"You shouldn't have came here early!" Longtooth groaned. The fox twitched her ears and spoke.

"Do you want the information or not?" The Fox uttered. Longtooth placed his hands on his hips and sighed.

"So, what about the king?" Longtooth asked cautious of the many knives strapped around the fox's thin body. Longtooth pulled out his sword ready to defend himself if needed.

"Relax, lion boy I have what you oh so desired no need to get defensive." The Fox smirked innocently.

"Well?" Longtooth gestured his hands in a 'get on with it' motion. "Out with it Freida." Longtooth almost shouted.

"The king is planning to find you AGAIN and take Laval so he can train him more brutal then LaGravis. He'll kill you and hold LaGravis prisoner." The flirty fox stated as her tail shook from side to side. "How I know this is because the king writes everything done in his 'journal'" Freida pulled out a busted up notebook from her backpack and handed it to Longtooth. Longtooth skipped through pages only examining the important things. However, he could only stare in horror knowing his son might suffer the same fate as LaGravis.
