When I finally woke up from my sleep, I felt anew.
My arm were no longer crossed over my chest and my legs were no long stretched out infront of me. Instead I was in a fetal position with my legs close to my chest, while laying on my side. It felt like Spring was starting earlier this year as I felt the warm sun on my skin. There was no breeze, no clouds, nothing, it was just calm.
I quickly got up and brushed the grass off of myself. I looked at his grave with a small smile on my face.
"Goodbye Harry." Is the last thing I said before I touched his gravestone and left, for good this time. I have to.
As I was walking I noticed there was no more snow, how long did it take for it to melt? Well I did trap myself in my room for two weeks... I was snapped out of my thoughts as I heard my phone ringing, I quickly pulled it out of my jacket without bothering to look at the caller id.
"Hello?" I answered, unsure of who was calling me.
"Lilith, where were you last night?" Crap.
"Mom, I was just out, don't worry I'm walking back home right now." And I ended the call.
I heard my phone begin to ring again, why does she have to call me again?
"What mom?! I said I'm coming home" I basically screamed through the phone.
"Oh well, hello and good morning to you too." I heard his chuckle, my cheeks began to flush and my basically slammed the palm of my hand on my forehead.
"Zayn! Hey sorry, I thought you were someone else..."
"Your mom?"
"Yup, did I not make it that obvious?'
"You could've made it more obvious, just a suggestion." We both laughed, until I heard him speak up again.
"Do you-I don't really know how to ask you this, but do you maybe wanna go hangout at the coffee house later?"
Meeting up with Zayn would do no harm right?
"Sure, what time?"
"Is seven okay? So it's not too late or too early."
"Yeah, seven sounds good. I'll see you there." And with that I ended the call.
As I was walking on the sidewalk I noticed a range rover pass by me and park just a few meters infront of me. I tried my best not to panic, but I felt like I was about to breakdown any minute now. I saw the drivers door open and a Liam come out. Liam? Liam! He was walking towards me, I haven't seen him since Harry died, no, a little before that. He grabbed my arm sternly and pulled towards the other side of the driveway ad hid us behind a tree.
"Lilith, I'm not supposed to be seeing you, but I had to know how you were doing." It didn't sound like a question, but a command if anything.
"I'm doing okay." I said as I shrugged my shoulders and looked at the ground.
"How are you really doing?" He picked up my chin with his hand.
"I'm gonna get through it..."
"I'm so sorry for what Harry did to you."
"So am I."
My voice wasn't filled with anger, or sadness, or anything really. My voice was filled with nothing.
"I'll get through it."
"I know you will. I'm just so sorry about everything, that day wasn't supposed to turn out like that."
