"(Y/n), are you feeling well? You've been sleeping a lot. I thought humans only needed about 8 hours of sleep at night?" Coran held his hand to my forehead, checking my temperature. "I'm fine, Coran, thank you for checking in though," I sighed and looked to the floor. Earlier today, Coran took me to the healing pod area. I thought he wanted me to clean, but it turns out he was just worried for me.

"You've just seemed so upset lately. I can tell something's on your mind. Do you wanna talk about it?" He spoke softer than usual, and the tone of his voice made him seem more worried then what he said. "Coran..." I sighed and avoided looking up at him. I wanted to spill about my dream about Haggar, Lance, and my wounds, but I was still scared she would really come after the blue paladin. It wouldn't hurt if I told him in a different way, would it?

"Lets say, you had a dream, where someone tortured you. Then, they said you couldn't tell anyone, or else they would hurt a loved one. What would you do?" I finally looked up at him, and when I talked, he seemed surprised. "I would assume that it was only a dream, and that nothing would actually happen. All my loved ones are safe, and can protect themselves," He smiled down at me, understanding what happened. I let out a sigh of relief, and I smiled too. "Thanks, Coran. I appreciate it," I started to leave the room, but was stopped when Coran grabbed my wrist. I turned around, and he let go. "(Y/n), you don't have to be afraid about things like that. You know we would never let anything like that happen to Lance. Now, Let's check put those "mysterious" burns!" I laughed and went to sit where he could look.

Once Coran was done looking, he gave me some ointment to put on them. He said that doing this twice a day, would make them go away at the end of the week. I walked away, and to the training room, to see the paladins working to beat the gladiator. I walked in and stood off to the side, watching them. Soon, I heard Allura's voice through the speaker.

"(Y/n), please come up to the viewing room. I don't want you to get hurt while you're in there," Everyone took a quick glance at me, then continued to train. I looked ober at Lance, to see him also smile at me, but had to turn his attention elsewhere for a moment. I quickly left the room and headed up to where Allura was.

"So, I was thinking while everyone was asleep, we could sneak off into the training room. How does that sound?" I stood by Allura watching the paladins beat the low level gladiator. Once they defeated it, the next level came down. "Alright, I can do that. What time?" I turned to look at her, as she typed something into a device. "2 am, in Earth time!" I looked at her, shocked. "Coran won't get mad at you for being awake at ungodly hours?" Speak of the devil.

Coran walked in with 3 pouches of space juice. "Coran will be coming with us," Allurs turned and accepted the space juice. He handed one to me, and I thanked him. "That's correct! Allura also wanted to get stronger, in case she had to fight Zarkon herself. Even though I hope she doesn't have to," We all laughed, but it soon ended when we heard cheering. We looked down to see the gladiator defeated, and everyone sitting, worn out from the fight. "I'll go dosn and get them something to drink," I left the room, heading down to the kitchen to get them their space juice.

"Thanks, (Y/n)," Keith smiled up at me, while everyone else thanked me. "Is the gladiator really tough? Is it hard to beat?" I asked, sitting on the floor by Lance. "It depends on the level, in my opinion," Keith answered. "No way, its hard. every level is really hard!" Hunk exclaimed. Pidge nodded, agreeing with him. "Lance? Shiro? What are your guys' opinions?" I crossed my legs, as Lance started to talk. "It's a piece of cake! It's a super easy robot to fight!" He smirked and I turned to Shiro. "I agree with what Keith said. It depends on what level your on. The level is always hard at first, till you get the hang of it," Shiro smiled down at me, and I giggled. Soon enough, we heard Allura's voice come through the intercom.

"Paladins! You may be done for the day. (Y/n), please come see me." Lance helped me stand up, as everyone left the room, and on to do whatever they wanted. "I'll see ya later baby girl~ Let me know what Allura tells you," Lance smirked, and kissed my cheek, before leaving to his room. I quickly walked back into the training room, to see Allura standing there in a workout outfit. Coran took Allura's place in the small control room above. "(Y/n), do you have your daggar?" Allura asked me, holding her staff. I replied quickly to the princess. "Yep. Got it." Allura nodded, smiling at me. "Let's get to work then!"

It wasn't easy, I'll say that. Allura saved my ass a couple times. But then again, I had to help her out too. Coran made sure we weren't over worked, and he let us take breaks. "It's about time for dinner. Go clean up, and we can train after dinner if you would like," I nodded. "We'll see. Today was pretty intense, even though it was on a low level," Allura laughed at my statement, making me laugh as well.

"What were you guys doing, anyway?" Keith asked, as me and Allura sat down. We were a little late to dinner, but only a couple minutes or so. I tried to think if a good excuse as to what we were doing. "We were talking," I stated, hoping it was enough. "You guys were in there for awhile. What were you guys discussing?" Pidge adjusted her glasses and gave me a look. "It was girl talk. We were just gossiping with the mice is all," Allura smiled, and looked over at me. I giggled and went along with it. "Yeah, just some gossip was all," Everyone gave us a confused look as me and Allura laughed.
