Thomas Edison's last words were "It's very beautiful over there". I don't know where there is, but I believe it's somewhere, and I hope it's beautiful.

I laid back in my bed, lazily putting my phone on speaker.
I heard Greys incredulous snort on the other end of the line. "How do you get a boy to like you? Did you seriously just ask me that Jenna?"
"I'm pretty sure that's what I said," I smiled, closing my eyes. I hated mornings, but I'd wanted to talk to Grey for a bit before meeting with Tyler. Maybe her advice would get my head out of the clouds, or maybe it would just delude me further. Either way, it was worth a shot.
Grey giggled to herself for a second. "Well, who exactly are you trying to seduce?"
"Who do you think?" I asked sarcastically, knowing damn well that Grey knew exactly who I was talking about.
"Well, in that case, I'm pretty sure you've already got him hooked. Tyler's practically in love with you... you shoulda seen his face during the concert," she gushed, and my heart hurt for a second.
Little does she know.
"Ehh..." I grimaced, trying to figure out how to word things, "It's more complicated than that. How do I get his feelings to grow?"
What I wanted to ask was 'how do I get his feelings to come back in general', but I knew saying that would be a bad idea.
"Well, play hard to get. Tease him, but don't give him anything for a bit. Guys always want what they can't have," Grey advised.
A knock on my door interrupted me. "Thanks Grey, I gotta go now," I said quickly, hanging up and smoothing my hair down.
"Come in!" I shouted, and the door opened. It was Luna, and I narrowed my eyes at her.
She was wearing a pretty white dress that practically made her look like a goddess. Her tanned skin glowed against the sheer, lacy fabric, and I felt a twinge of jealousy.
"Would you like something?" I asked, looking down at my phone and snorting at the notification that flashed across the screen.
Grey: GO get em tiger (;
"Tyler's here," Luna said softly, and I quickly hopped up to my feet.
"Downstairs?"
She nodded, following me as I made my way down the stairs, I glanced back at her in annoyance. "You're not coming too," I said simply, stopping in front of the door to my living room.
She sighed, playing with the hem on her dress. "Tyler asked for me."
I clenched my jaw, feeling a wisp of dark grey. "Bullshit."
"Open the damn door, Black," she grunted, and I did.
Tyler was sitting in the middle of the couch, his hands folded in his lap politely. When he saw Luna and I enter the room, his eyes lit up.
"Luna!" he exclaimed, excitedly patting the spot next to him. I froze, my heart tearing all over again.
It's okay Jenna. Don't be jealous.

Romance"There's a universe in you," Tyler smiles. "You know that, right?" "Then there's an ocean in you," I smile back, loving the way his hazel eyes study me like I'm the only thing that exists. "I'm scared of black holes," he repeats, his voice waverin...
